Landbuilder is a unique tool for building in the metaverse which I co-developed for pax.world.
I was tasked with designing low poly, modular assets which would be used for building various visual compositions, buildings, and objects. Every object has a changeable shape which is defined by users making Landbuilder a unique project.

The Pebble collection was an exploration of the need and use of furni ture in the metaverse. Characterized by oval, massive shapes and rough textures with floating details, each piece of the collection is interactive and stands in contrast to our metaverses.
The industrial collection was imagined as a minimalistic and practi cal furniture collection that could easily blend into any of metameets’ metaverses.

During my work on in-world assets, I had the opportunity to conduct extensive research on best practices for optimizing, unwrapping, baking, and enhancing collaborator assets. By utilizing various software and combining different approaches, I was able to significantly reduce the polycount of these assets by up to 3,000 times, resulting in the creation of an optimal in-game asset.

In my role as a 3d artist for hidden object games, I have designed more than hundred captivating environments with the primary objective of creating a variety of visually stunning and thematically rich environments, from ancient ruins to fairy tales, each with its own unique story to tell.

I am writing this letter to highly recommend Sanja Cvetkovic as a 3D Artist. As the Lead of the Art Team in metameet and pax.world, I have had the pleasure of working with Sanja on numerous projects. She has been a valuable member of our team, consistently delivering high -quality work and pushing her limits beyond her maximum every time.
Sanja has a natural talent for 3D modeling and an unmatched eye for detail. Her ability to take an abstract concept and bring it to life through modelling, materialization and rendering is truly impressive. She is no stranger to every stage of the creative pipeline, always handling her tasks with a positive attitude and maximum dedication, which makes her a very versatile artist. As a part of the Art Team, Sanja has worked on a wide variety of projects, from creating a Building tool from scratch, to rendering press release images for famous Architectural studios such as WHY Architecture, HWKN and Farshid Moussavi. During her time in the Art Team, she has consistently displayed excellent teamplayer qualities
Sanja is keenly aware of time constraints and has demonstrated that ability numerous times and a lways delivered the assets before agreed -upon deadlines. She is very skillful in her craft and can navigate through tight deadlines with ease and a smile on her face. Additionally, she is always receptive to feedback, but always shares creative and thought ful input while discussing the look and feel of the project with the Creative Director, teammates and other colleagues. Above all, she is an excellent problem solver and is highly self -sufficient, always displaying the ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with creative solutions, which has enabled our team to overcome various obstacles.

I am writing to highly recommend Sanja Cvetkovic. I’ve had the pleasure to work alongside Sanja on a couple projects within pax.world where I am the Creative Director.
Sanja has joined the team as 3D Architectural Artist when we started developing our metaverse platform. We were lucky to find her at the time which she was proving to the entire team during the whole time we were collaborating. As an employe, Sanja is always reliable and resourceful but her true strength lies in creativity and innovation. During her time with the company, she managed to produce stunning visuals in the form of 3D assets, renders and more.
I’ve always put a premium on artistry and problem-solving qualities among my team members and Sanja never failed to deliver on both fronts. An example was how she went above and beyond to deliver the most amazing marketing renders with a very tight deadline. They can now be seen on multiple architectural publications including the prestigious dezeen magazine.
The platform we are releasing into the world would not be what it is if it weren’t for Sanja and her great artistic skills and vast knowledge about how to use it to create game ready assets, fully optimised and visually appealing.

During this period, Sanja’s responsibilities included following activities:
• Interpret concept art and sketches to create vir tual environments and props;
• Design and create interior and exterior design elements as well as infrastructural objects;
• 3D modelling: Translating ideas and concept art into realistic and stylized 3D assets with clean geometry, efficient poly use and high level of detail;
• UV unwrapping: Efficiently unwrap models you or others create following technical guidelines (UDIMs, texel density, etc.);
• Texturing: Create realistic or stylised textures for buildings and props by using procedural or hand-painted techniques;
• Texture baking: Using blender to bake materials into texture maps;
• Rendering: Render beautiful still images of the assets you create for in-world and marketing use;
• Optimize, refine and correct model geometry;
• Prepare and break apart the assets you create in a logical manner, with standard naming conventions, and clean scene files;
• Follow our current modelling and design guidelines and pipeline and contribute feedback regarding how we can make it better;
• Manage digital content library;
• Work with artists, animators, and programmers to execute projects on time;
• Collaborate with technical artists and testers to diagnose and resolve problems. Sanja showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism throughout her employment. She is a capable active listener with a systematic approach, who always follows the relevant procedures and standards. Sanja is a devoted, conscientious, and responsible person.
To say we placed Sanja in a creative box would be an understa tement Our performance requirements when developing the metaverse always place massive restrictions on the creativity artists can provide but Sanja took it as a challenge and came up with creative solutions that not only looked fantastic but performed at a very high quality.
