DIS(ORDER) FURNITURE
As a result of analysis and research of the meaning which hide in the very name of the project (Dis)order, as well as the reflection on the historical part of multifunctionality, i.e. the objects which are multifunctional, one comes to the clearer picture of the final solution in the shape.
The bases of the project, i.e. its outer parts symbolize the order. From the basis one draws lines in different directions, which project the opposite picture from the order, i.e. from the basis and in that way one gets the contrast in terms of lines which are drawn in different directions within the basis.
One of the thesis which was used is design as a game. Inspiration for this kind of approach came from the system of puzzles and tangram.
The aim established on the very beginning was to get the multifunctional objects which can serve for different usage, which can transform from the shelving system to the objects such as a desk, a chair, mini tables...
