Keep an eye on fitness (bilious) Short description of distinctive features: the subjects with this particular shape have arectangular face with squared chin, thin and tight lips facing upwards, a quite dark skin whose contact is warm and dry. 1 Make a profound, efficient cleansing and removal of the impurities and the dead cells with Body and Face Scrub put on face, neck and decolletè. Work it for some minutes. Remove the remains with a soaked sponge. 2 Face wrap with bandages or cotton balls soaked in Dermoregulator combined with 4/5 drops of yellow Lipo essential oil, let it stand for 5/6 minutes. 3 Oxygenate face, neck, decolletè with Oxygenating Cream. Massage gently until a soft vascularization index of revitalization and hydration of the tissues is shown. 4 Put on face, neck, decolletè 7/8 drops of green Lipo essential oil and subsequently many drops of Restitutive Essentials. Let it stand for 5/7 minutes. 5 Proceed with the face wrap with bandages or cotton balls soaked in Dermoregulator. Let it stand for 5/6 minutes. 6 Make a toning massage with Revitalizing Cream combined with 5/6 drops violet Lipo essential oil.

1 Prone costumer: apply 5/6 drops of brown Lipo essential oil upon sole and popliteal fossa. Let penetrate. 2 Prepare a tepid mixture: Limphoregulator + 15/20 drops of brown Idro essential oil + 10/15 ml of Fucus gel. 3 Spread the mixture all over the body, starting from the ankles up to the shoulders, arms included. Massage. 4 Supine costumer: apply 5/7 drops of brown Lipo essential oil upon groin, axillary cavity, base of the neck. Let penetrate. 5 Spread the above-quoted mixture all over the body up to the base of the neck, arms included. Massage. 6 Wrap up in cartene, close the electric blanket. Keep waiting for 25/30 minutes. 7 Terminate the treatment with a good massage. Use Massage cream with 10/15 drops of blue Lipo essential oil.

1 Profound cleansing with Scrub body and face upon face, neck. 3 Apply 5/6 drops of Lipo essential oil brown upon the sides of the neck starting from the ears to the base of the breastbone. 3 Oxygenate, vascularize the tissue with Oxygenizing cream. It is better to spread it with a brush. 4 Cover the eyes with cotton pads, conceal with aluminum foil for 5/6 minutes. This procedure is very useful and recommended for fatigued skins, less oxygenated, hypotonic. 5 Once the occlusion is removed continue with many drops of Idrorelaxing essential oils and many of violet Lipo essential oils. Let penetrate. (On blemish skins practice the compress of Dermoregulator with 5 drops of blue Lipo essential oil). 6 Accomplish the toning/modeling massage with Revitalizing cream + 5 drops of violet Lipo essential oil. 7 Terminate with eudermic mask.

Let penetrate. 3 Prepare a warm mixture with 1 spoon of White Paté essential oil + 3/4 caps of blue Hydro essential oil + 1/2 caps of Fucus Gel. 4 Apply all over the body from the ankles to the shoulders, arms and hands. 5 Supine costumer: put 5/7 drops of violet Lipo essential oil on groin, armpit cave, base of the neck. Let penetrate. 6 Spread the rest of the mixture all over the body, arms included. Massage. 7 Warm up 350 ml of Hydrolato + 2 caps od brown Hydro essential oil, soak the suit and make it wear. (It is suggested to prepare in time this passage) 8 Wrap in cartene, close the thermal blanket. Let it stand for 25/30 minutes. 9 Finish the treatment, in the view of the operator with Thermodynamic Cream or Massage Cream + some drops of violet Lipo essential oil.

In the warm season spread on the sole of the foot up to the groin Ice Gel to encourage an healthy exercise of the capillaries for the benefit and protection of the health of the legs and circulation. N.B. • The amounts of the abovementioned products are specified for normal weight and moderately overweight subjects. In the cases of massive weights it will be more appropriate to encrease the doses. • In presence of subjects with lasix and hypotonic skin every 3/4 treatments, as stated, prepare the mixture with violet Hydro essential oil.
It is suggested to offer, at the end of the treatment, the costumer an infusion, in order to rehydrate the organism and emprove the diuresis. Home therapy. For a correct maintenance of the positive benefits given by the treatment, it is recommended to use at home the Hydro essential oils (in the bathtube or by oiling up the body and after 15 minutes have a shower), in the view of the operator, together with Thermodynamic Cream.
