The Wine Country Bike Trek is a go-at-your-own-pace ride for cyclists of all levels, giving riders the choice of a one-day ride on Saturday, June 21, or three days of riding, Friday, June 20 through Sunday, June 22, and allowing participants to choose courses ranging from a 20- or 50-mile route each day, plus a 100-mile ride on Saturday, June 21, that leads them through the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley with fully catered SAG stops every 10 miles. Trekkers can choose to camp at Midland School each night and participate in live music, entertainment, games, and meals. Funds benefit People Helping People Programs, registration is $75 per day or $200 for all three days; cyclists who raise in excess of $500 in pledges will have registrations fees waived and be eligible for special prizes and recognition.
