Television by the People for the People TV Santa Barbara operates two noncommercial independent channels, 17 and 71, which carry original local programming. By providing equipment and facilities for individuals and organizations to come together, TVSB creates pathways to collaborate, to foster relationships, and to strengthen our community.

Local programming on TVSB can be viewed on any device at any time through Roku, Amazon Fire, YouTube, On-Demand and via the Apple iOS app on iPhones.
TVSB’s Media Center boasts a full featured 600-square foot high-definition production studio and a 300-square foot green screen studio with the capacity to use virtual sets and bring in remote guests. TV Santa Barbara’s editing bays provide members with access to both Final Cut Pro and Premiere.
