Need to talk to someone about personal concerns? The transition to college and the struggle of balancing school, work and more can be stressful. The Counseling Center provides free short-term, confidential counseling and crisis intervention for SF students. The entire staff is committed to providing comfort and support for all who come in, and maintaining a safe, welcoming and affirming environment.

Counseling Center staff regularly provide needed assistance for students dealing with a wide range of personal, academic and career issues. Counselors also assist students, faculty and staff in identifying other services in the college and in the community that may be helpful.

Feeling stressed? Come visit our therapy dogs! Or take a short break for a meditation session. Students, faculty and staff are welcome. Check the website for scheduled events and hours of availability at the Northwest Campus and the educational centers.

Saints Food Share

Saints Food Share provides free baked goods and nonperishable groceries to SF students and employees experiencing food insecurity. Baked goods are available once a week, and non-perishable groceries are provided by request. Grab-and-go pantries are located in Student Life, Student Affairs, the TRIO Hub, and the SF Police Department on the Northwest Campus. SF Centers also offer free baked goods and non-perishable groceries. Contact Student Life to request food, volunteer, or make a donation.

Shopping on a budget? Have clothes you want to donate? Saints Share Wear is an on-campus thrift shop located on the Northwest Campus. The shop features a variety of clothing, shoes and accessories, and most items are priced at $1 with a valid Santa Fe College ID. Your next great shopping find is waiting for you at Saints Share Wear!

Fitness Center

All registered SF students have free access to the Fitness Center, located on the Northwest Campus. The facility includes:

• Three separate workout rooms:

- Cybex Machine Weights with over 30 weight machines

- Free Weights with complete multi-free weight sets

- Cardio with StairMaster®, treadmills, ellipticals and stationary bikes

• Racquetball court

• Surround sound speakers and music

• Secure lockers are available for rental by semester or a full year

• Shower access in locker rooms
