YOUNIQ Student living
The ve-storey residential block in Barcelona with a total of 239 rooms distributed in the upper levels. YOUNIQ Barcelona o ers individual studios as well as 4 bed apartments.
At ground oor level has a central patio responding to local regulations, this patio is surrounded by communal spaces including a gym, cinema, study areas, several lounges, communal kitchens where they can interact with other residents.
In addition, the underground level has a parking, a laundry area.
At the top oor we can nd a roof-top terrace with a swimming pool.

Assisport, the new Assistència Sanitària sports medicine center in collaboration with Futbol Club Barcelona, consists of a large 1,400 m2 space in the heart of Barcelona.
A project that was born in the search to create a space with natural light that dissolves the feeling of being on the ground oor of a building.

Apartment Atalaya Refurbishment
The project consists of the full refurbishment of a at in an iconical building of Barcelona joining two small apartments into a big one.
The apartment was designed considering two main axis the horizontal to separate the social and the private area. And the vertical axis to join the spaces. Also are joined by same ooring arround all the apartment spaces.
One of the special requirements was to design a kitchen like a stage and have a big living room to appreciate that. Inspired in a contemporany design for a family.

Library Garden Bicentenario’s Park
The presented work below develops at Bicentenario’s Park in the Metropolitan District of Quito.
Researching libraries and its function nowadays as a public space for citizen participation, I proposed to create a Garden- Library at the Parque Bicentenario. After an analysis of the proposal to be built in the Bicentenario’s Park in Quito, it is proposed that have to be considered occupy spaces inside the park to generate complementary equipments to the proposed equipments, equipments of Education, culture and entertainment such as a public library.
In the architectural proposal is proposed to design a Garden Library, this will be a public space where citizen participation is encouraged and have recreational leisure functions, besides having contemplation gardens and squares for outdoor reading and socialization among users.

The project consists of the full refurbishment of a commercial market into a grosery and co ee store, located in the nancial zone of Quito.
Finding a di erential design element, VAIA is designed with industrial style furniture to show the products.
The main element for the furniture was steel pipes for the structure and pine plywood for shelfs.
