Each diving suit at SANTI is cut individually according to standard or “made to measure” templates we prepare for each order. Scizzors, chalk and hand-held tailor knives are our main tools at this stage.

After cutting the drysuits or undersuits, they go in different parts and order to sewing positions. Each individual part of the fabric is marked with the unique serial number of your order.
Each drysuit goes back and forth between sewing and gluing department - not everything comes at once. Rome wasn’t built in a day, remember.

SANTI leak test is one of the most important production stages. After all, our motto is to STAY DRY!
Each, particular SANTI drysuit is thoroughly scrutinised against any leaks that might appear after the final gluing operations. If any leak is noticed it comes back for gluing until completely dry.

After a leak test, all drysuits are hung for drying. When completely dry, the quality control of measurements and ordered options takes place to make sure everything is just right.
A soft cloth cleaning is a final touch to prepare the drysuit for packing and shipment.
