I came from a world of developers and testers. Today, I lead teams
that include along with the “techies”, copy writers, content strategists, content creators, producers, visual designers and IA experts. Understanding both halves of the brain gives us the unique ability to create game-changing work.” Opportunity to Build Great Careers Ritika came to SapientNitro from one of India’s leading IT firms. “From managing a team of 50, I was asked to lead a team of three. Scale matters in traditional IT setups, so I did have my doubts.” But as she moved from one challenging assignment to the other, as Sapient India’s presence grew from 2000 people in one office to 7000+ people in three cities, as she led teams credited with creating many leading solutions, long term client relationships, and as she grew through the ranks; she knew it was the best decision she ever made. “Today, all IT firms are scrambling to understand the agency space, global companies are bullish on Indian acquisitions, and we are already miles ahead.
