On a daily basis one gets to see varied aspects of project execution from thick timelines to ambiguous guidelines to bringing in a cross-country team that can understand the nuances of the project. “For one of the off-shore projects which was quite big in terms of complexity and timeline, the execution involved re-engineering of the sales platform. With the best of my built-in team, we lined up our thoughts together and came up with 30 odd usable architectural components which eventually got recognized and opened the gates for several other lines of businesses. It gives you feeling of pride to have done something remarkable amidst so many complexities and most importantly when the client values your contribution, says Salman!”
