CAR LEASE PROGRAM - Enables you to save tax by leasing a car for personal and official purposes - This benefit is applicable for career stages Senior Associates and above; and all Associates, who have satisfactorily completed two years of continuous service, are also eligible to enroll in the car lease program 2. CAR FUEL AND MAINTENANCE REIMBURSEMENT - Entitled to reimbursement starting INR 3,000 upto INR 10,000 (depending upon your career stage) if you are enrolled under the car lease program; and INR 2,000 per month for self- owned cars 3. DRIVER’S SALARY REIMBURSEMENT - Entitled to reimbursement of upto INR 8,000 under the car lease program (for Managers and above) - Reimbursement for self-owned cars upto INR 1,000 per month (for all full-time and part time people) 4. GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICY - It is a Basic life insurance - In case of death during Sapient tenure, we will pay your dependents an insurance benefit starting from Rs 22,50,000 upto Rs 1,85,00,000 depending upon your career stage 2. MEDICLAIM POLICY - You are entitled for medical insurance cover of upto INR 3,00,000 along with a company buffer of INR 5,00,000 - Covers medical expenses incurred during hospitalization of the insured for treatment of illness, disease or injury. It also has a sub-limit for maternity cover of INR 50,000 for normal delivery and INR 1,00,000 for caesarean - Covers your spouse and first 2 children (a new born baby is covered from Day 1) and dependent parents (at additional cost) 3. PERSONAL ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE POLICY - An insurance cover that provides for death or disablement resulting solely or directly from an accident by external, violent and visible means - In case of death or permanent disablement, a benefit of a maximum of INR 145,00,000 applicable as per career stage will be paid to dependants - In case of temporary total disablement, you will be entitled for a compensation of INR 5000 per week, or part thereof, limited to 104 weeks

PROVIDENT FUND - Provident Fund is calculated at 12 % of your basic salary and a matching contribution is paid by Sapient - The fund is managed by the Employees Provident Fund Trust that that is administrated by a Board of Trustees - The provident fund amount is refunded along with interest when you retire 2. GRATUITY - Entitled for gratuity upto INR 10,00,000 when you retire or resign provided you have continuous service of five years with Sapient
