Sapp Zambia

The Smallholder Agribusiness Promotion Programme (SAPP) is an agribusiness development programme of the Government of the Republic of Zambia (GRZ). It is a 7-year programme (2010-2017), jointly supported by GRZ and the International Fund for Agricultural Development Fund (IFAD). The programme was established and being implemented under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAL). The enhanced Programme, E-SAPP, will start at the end of the 2017 approximately.
