Brand Guidelines
These Hotel 24 brand guidelines are developed to help Hotel 24 employees to understand key facts about the hotel, how we connect to customers and how the many elements of the brand work together. They are also designed to be used by external agencies, such as creators of publications or exhibition stands for example, to guarantee that the look and feel of the Hotel 24 brand remains consistent. They should be used as the initial point and inspiration when developing or briefing any two or three dimensional communications including: E-Mail Header & Footer | Business Card | Public Display Posters | Welcome Brochures | Website | For internal use: For external facing documents these guidelines are not in place to limit creativity, but to set a corporate brand style.

Transparent, Discreet, & Modern Hotel 24 brings smart, affordable and modern accommodation located in the opulent central London area of West Kensington. It is within easy reach of a range of tourist attractions and shops. The hotel is just a short walk away from Kensington High Street, Kensington Palace and Kensington Gardens. The vibrant area of Earls Court is also within walking distance, as is the Hammersmith Apollo. The hotel is also ideally placed for Westfield, the biggest shopping centre in Europe, which is located in nearby White City. Hotel 24 also has good transport links, with Kensington (Olympia) underground station (District and Overground lines) just a short walk away.

The Hotel 24 Logo The Hotel 24 Logo combines two elements: The ‘o’ in hotel is replaced with a shaded circle to accommodate the 24 within it. The logo communicates cleanliness, efficiency and is highly accessible through a minimal typeface. This logo should be used on all communications that are officially from or about Hotel 24. The logo can be used for websites with the domain ending such as:

Don’t distort the logo
Don’t change any colors
Don’t rotate the logo
Don’t add any effects
Do not reduce the size of the logo to below 20mm. This may make the logo illegible. There is no maximum size prescribed.

Always use the logo artwork as available. Don’t alter or adapt the logo in any way. The logo always must use the green for the ‘o’ and black for the rest of the text. The logo can be placed on a background logo only if it does not deteriorate the clarity. Never alter any element by tinting, stretching, rotating or masking.

Logo Exclusion Zone When preparing the logo for publication for communication, ensure that there is no interference surrounding the logo. This needs to be done to make sure the feel of the logo is broadcast in the strongest way. The Hotel 24 Logo has exclusion zones around the logo. This zone is one quarter the height of the logo, above and below and one quarter on either side. Nothing must come into the safe zone of this logo. This includes any other images, words or numbers. Sometimes this may be difficult to do on the web and print media with less space. Despite this, ensure that the logo has ‘room to breathe’. This principle must be applied wherever possible.

Brand Color Pallet RGB: 46, 159, 92 Hotel 24’s brand identity uses four color pallets. The Hotel 24 logo must use black and green however colors for other communications may change and develop in tone over time.
