LEMONY CUCUMBER BLEND 2 Servings 2 large cucumbers, ends trimmed, coarsely chopped 500 g packed fresh spinach, rinsed well ½ lemon, peeled and seeded Place cucumbers, spinach and lemon in pitcher of the KitchenAid Artisan Magnetic Drive Blender. Cover and blend on
