Place chicken in plastic bag with dressing and garlic to marinate for at least 30 min. Meanwhile, scrub potatoes and cut into thick wedges.

Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Add potatoes and chicken, season with salt and pepper. Cover with the remaining chicken marinade. Sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Cover with foil.

Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is done (165 F), uncovering after 30 minutes.
