[ CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION ] In order to realize our vision, the existing conditions needed to be stripped down and rebuilt. Each week, I attended CA meetings which included high-level constituents from JVS as well as the property managment and construction teams.

8

9

[ FF&E ] I developed furniture and textiles schemes that would rejuvinate their workspaces and invigorate their clients. As a result, based on the colors I presented, JVS decided to overhaul their current branding and rebrand their business entirely.

10

11

BEFORE [ GRAPHICS ] JVS wanted to graphically express their core values throughout their space. Utilizing existing architectural elements within the space, I developed a series of graphic panels which highlighted JVS’ messages of outreach in the main corridor. In other areas, large-scale vinyl graphics speak to the community and culture within JVS. Images of current and past students highlight their diversity while showcasing their acheivements.

[ FF&E ] In 1870, the Winchester Repeating Arms Company built a plant on the site of what is now occupied by Winchester Lofts. Inspired by the history and vernacular of the previous tenant, I assisted in choosing furniture and finishes that achieved modern elements while nodding to the buildings rich history.
