Designed at bStudio, this 10,800 SF commerical office headquarters is located in New York’s Flatiron District. It serves as a flexible workspace designed for creative professionals. The project is built, completed May 2013.

EXPLORATORY COLLABORATION LAB: NEUROTECHOLOGY
Inspired by the mutual urgency of Obama’s Brain Science Initiative, scientists and public visitors collaborate, aiding one another in neurotechnological development. Visitors participate as test subjects for experiments, using brainwaves to function throughout spaces, including an exhibiton and nap lab. INCUBATOR SECTIONAL

Located in the West Village, Kaori is an experiential scent shop featuring an olfactory vortex of fragrances that match body chemistry based on DNA . Touch and see the latest techonolgical sensory produtcts, and customize your experience with our biosensor that generates an algorithm based on your DNA to find scents concocted just for you.

Swooping curves mimic the shape of Bonobos’s featured pants waistband, and the happiness inside you when you put them on. Easily assembled, shop’s structural installation gets dropped in, locked in place, and popped out for merch displays. Located in Soho as the brand’s first brick and mortar shop.

CENTRAL FORM DEVELOPMENT
Paralleing the human body, a spinal structure acts as a central core. Activity is choreographed illustrating nerve traffic and circulation of blood flow. Public and private space zoning is divided according to spinal regions: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar.

A staggared duplex, the upper level is flush with the earth, and the lower level pushes forward following the bluff’s gradation. Public spaces are downstairs, closer to the shore. An exterior walkway features a series of interconnected outdoor living spaces.
