ACM QA/QC Process To ensure quality of our products, ACM has established an in-house testing lab at our corporate office in Corona, CA to conduct in-bound product inspections as well as defective cartridge testing. We currently have printers available for all of our most popular items and are constantly adding printers as new models are introduced. ACM follows a specific check-list for our in-house testing, which includes:

We use various test patterns to inspect overall print quality, density, color, etc.
During the testing process, we look for fusing issues, abnormal banding or streaks, back grounding, ghosting and other potential issues that could lead to defectives.
ACM Warehouse QA/QC Release
Once the products have passed the in-bound inspection and testing, the dedicated QA/QC team will release the products into inventory.

AirSaver Film
The AirSaver F1 features user friendly controls, minimal maintenance and high reliability. The F1 was designed to work right out of the box with minimal setup. No external air supply is needed and the system setup and operations can be performed directly by you with minimal training required.
AirSaver Air Pillows and Cushion Wrap films are made from a Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) to provide the optimal balance of durability, puncture resistance and cost. Unlike traditional packaging materials like peanuts, paper or foam, the Air Pillow and Cushion Wrap materials are stored flat on a roll until they are inflated and ready to use, which significantly reduces storage and shipping cost. In addition, AirSaver films are cleaner and easier to use compared to traditional materials and are the preferred packaging material of choice by today’s consumers. The AirSaver Air Pillows and Cushion Wrap can also be either reused or recycled to minimize environmental impact.

The AirSaver F1 Machine Stand provides more efficiency to your shipping operations. The AirSaver F1 Machine and Air Pillow Collection Basket mount directly to the stand. Built on wheels, the AirSaver Machine Stand has a full range of mobility allowing it to conveniently move from one station to another. The machine stand also brings the machine up to worker height allowing for a smoother workflow.
The AirSaver Air Pillow Collection Basket is designed to hold 10.5 cubic feet of Air Pillows. Each basket is designed with a built in sensor that attaches directly to the F1 Machine. When running the machine, the sensor will automatically detect when the basket is full and stop. Once the sensor detects that the basket is low on Air Pillows, the F1 Machine will start up again and fill up the basket to capacity.
The AirSaver Air Pillow Mobile Collection Basket is double the size of our regular Air Pillow basket. At full capacity, the Mobile Collection Basket can hold up to 21 cubic feet of Air Pillows. Light weight and on wheels, these baskets are designed so that you can fill it up and move it from one area to another with ease. This will allow customers to streamline their shipping operations and reduce cost.
