Sarah Jane Brown | Paintings

Contemporary landscape artist Sarah Jane Brown lives in the heart of the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast National Park in West Wales. She studied Fine Art Painting at the West Wales School of the Arts graduating with a First Class Honours Degree. Since then, Sarah Jane's artistic career has steadily gained momentum and recognition and her work now attracts international collectors. An Associate Member (AGSA) of The Guild Society of Artists, her notable highlights include exhibiting with the Royal Society of Marine Artists at London's Mall Galleries, and the Royal Cambrian Academy in North Wales. Her expressive paintings are an outpouring of personal feeling, using the landscape metaphorically to describe thoughts and emotions, whilst also echoing a strong sense of place. She combines traditional and contemporary practice, using a wide range of oil painting techniques.
