WR Dorial Green-Beckham 6-6, 220, 4.4

size with speed, quickness, and power. Has a keen sense for the football and uses it on every down. Remarkably active with a terriﬁc burst, he’s able to rip off blocks with strong hands and tremendous natural strength. This season he, once again, was double and triple-teamed on every play and yet still dominated. In 2011 he totaled 98 tackles including 50 solo, 27 tackles for losses, 4 blocked kicks, and 9 QB sacks. His GPA is 3.5. Benches 350. Committed to OHIO STATE.

SpringfieldHillcrest, MO

The nation’s #1 player did not disappoint during the 2011 season, and that’s why I call him the best WR prospect I’ve seen since Randy Moss. The prototypical WR at 6-6, 220, he’s a hybrid and is more suited to be spread out to create mismatches. He gets a great initial burst off the line and is a long strider who can get to top speed in a hurry. Last season he caught 78 passes for 1,743 yds and 16 TDs averaging 22.3 yds per catch. He more than lived up to his billing this season catching 119 passes for 2,233 yds and 25 TDs and set the national record for most career yards with 6,356. He took state in the 100 meters with a time of 10.59, he also took state in the triple jump with a leap of 47' 2", and came in 2nd in-state in the long jump with a leap of 24' 3". He also averages 22 points and 12 rebounds a game as a PFW in basketball. Like Randy Moss, he was named All-State in three sports. Dorial is our national offensive player of the year and he broke the state record for receptions and yardage this season. He also set the state record for a single game receiving yards (354 yds) and career touchdowns (72). His GPA is a solid 3.0 and he scored an 18 on the ACT. On ﬁlm #17 proves to be unstoppable as a pass rusher. He shows a great combination of quickness, strength, and size. He possesses superior speed off the ball and is relentless in pursuit. Shows quick hands, dominates the point of attack, and runs very well laterally, he’s as explosive as they come. Totaled 127 tackles, 16 QB sacks, and 38 tackles for losses on his way to earning the state’s Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2010. This season, once again, he earned the state’s Player of the Year honors after totaling 67 tackles, 32 tackles for losses, 11 QB sacks, 7 forced fumbles, and 1 safety. He’s been timed in an 11.5 100 meters in track. Committed to FLORIDA STATE.

Columbus East, IN

The #1 prospect in the state of Indiana and the nation’s #1 QB prospect. He reminds me an awful lot of Blaine Gabbert. Last season he threw for 2,742 yds and 36 TDs and he also ran for 621 yds and 7 scores. This season Gunner earned 1 st Team All-State honors after completing 127 of 240 passes for 2,517 yds and 28 TDs. He was picked off just 4 times throwing out of a spread-pistol offense. He also earned state Player of the Year honors. His accuracy is uncanny and his ability to accurately throw deep is a major plus. He also shows the ability to lead receivers with his passes. He can be elusive in the pocket and although he weighs close to 220 pounds, he can cause defenses nightmares once he decides to tuck and run. Committed to LSU. 3.

RB-SS Shaq Thompson

Sacramento Grant, CA

He started out at #28, then moved up to #10, and now he has moved up to #5. I’ve watched him on senior film and without a doubt, he’s the best big back in the country. He’s also the nation’s top SS prospect. A supremely skilled athlete, he’s been timed in a 10.8 100 meters. He rushed for 2,000 yds and 25 TDs averaging 10 yds per carry in 2010. Also caught 17 passes for 350 yds and 4 scores, and totaled 54 tackles and 1 pick at SS. This season earned 1st Team All-State honors at QB and DB throwing for 893 yds and 8 TDs and rushing for 1,134 yds and 15 TDs. He also totaled 57 tackles in just eight games. Quick to diagnose, he can jump routes and has been blessed with exceptional ball skills. He hits like a Mack truck and can turn and run with the best of them. On offense he’s been blessed with enormous strength, great balance, vision, and superior speed. He runs with his pads low, shows nifty moves, and the burst to get outside. Committed to CALIFORNIA.

Harrisburg-Bishop McDevitt, PA

The #1 prospect in Pennsylvania has dominated since his freshman year. This fall he totaled 82 tackles and 14 sacks and was voted the top defensive player in the state of Pennsylvania. Over the past two years he has totaled 208 tackles and 34½ sacks including 60 tackles for losses. His strength is getting to the QB consistently and in a hurry. He blends great

A one-man wrecking crew, he reminds me a little bit of Ndamukong Suh. He combines great size with explosive moves, terriﬁc strength, quick hands, and an aggressive and tenacious style of play. He has played more DE this season but does have a lot of experience at the DT position. I was sold on him after watching the CIF semi-ﬁnal game last December, a game in which Ellis dominated despite the fact that he was double and triple-teamed on every play. He recorded 72 tackle and 14 QB sacks in 2010. This fall he totaled 71 tackles, 7 QB sacks, and 3 fumble recoveries despite missing four games with a knee injury. He played DT and DE. He’s instinctive in coverage, shows great awareness and range, has above average acceleration and athleticism, and once again he dominated during the 2011 season. He possesses all the tools for greatness size, speed, instincts, reactions, attitude, and aggressiveness, and most of all production. He totaled 102 tackles and 5 picks on his way to earning 1st Team All-State honors in 2010. He also returned a kickoff back for 85 yds and a punt 89 yards for scores. The state’s Player of the Year for 2011, he earned All-State honors on both sides of the ball rushing for 1,218 yds and 21 TDs averaging 13.7 yds per carry, and totaled 45 tackles and 4 picks in which he returned 2 back for scores. He’s been timed in a 10.8 100 meters in track. Committed to ALABAMA.

Tempe-Corona Del Sol, AZ

#75 amazes you with his quickness off the ball and his ability to get into the open ﬁeld and block down on linebackers. As nimble-footed as they come, he has the potential and ability to become a college All-American and a future all-pro. He looks thin at 280 and shows the quickness, balance, change of direction, and mentality at LT that the college scouts look for in an All-American. This season he, once again, graded out at over 90% in his blocking assignments, led the league in pancake blocks, and also totaled 7 QB sacks at DE. For the second year in a row he earned 1st Team All-State honors. Averages 15 points and 10 rebounds a game as a PFW in basketball. His GPA 3.6. Looking at STANFORD, NE, USC, and FSU.

Jonathan Gray

A super tailback prospect who is a fivestar ball player. He shows tremendous speed, vision, agility, balance, and surprising strength. He carried the ball 358 times for over 2,000 yds and 60 TDs in 2010 on his way to earning 1st Team AllState honors. Explosive should be his middle name, he can create in the open field and shows a good pair of hands. This season he earned state Player of the Year honors after rushing for 2,422 yds and 47 TDs while also catching over 30 passes for 405 yds and 5 TDs. This season in the state championship game he rushed for 241 yds and a TD to break the national record for career TDs with 205. For his career he rushed for 10,908 yds finishing second nationally only to Ken Hall. Committed to TEXAS.

The country’s #1 ranked LT prospect reminds me an awful lot of Joe Thomas. On ﬁlm #71 proves to be an exceptional pass and run blocker. One of the more athletic 300 pounders you will ﬁnd, he shows great footwork and an aggressive, tenacious style of play. A two-time 1st Team All-Coast and All-State selection, he certainly has what it takes to make an impact as a true freshman. He paved the way for two RB’s to rush for 1,000 yds this season. In 2011 he led his team to a 4A state title grading out at over 90% in his blocking assignments. His GPA is 3.0 and he scored an 1,100 on the SAT. Committed to GEORGIA. 8.

Rushel Shell

6-0, 215, 4.45 Aliquippa-Hopewell, PA Over the past four years there has been no stopping Mr. Shell. Now that he owns most of the WPIAL rushing records, next stop is college ball. He blends great size with remarkable balance, quickness, and body control. Has a terriﬁc burst, is quick through the hole, and reminds me an awful lot of Lesean McCoy. He’s been timed in 10.8 100 meters in track, and ran for 2,510 yds and 27 TDs on 323 carries in 2010. This season he carried the ball 311 times for 2,312 yds and 28 TDs in 2011 on his way to, once again, earning 1st Team All-State honors. Committed to PITTSBURGH.

The state’s #1 prospect and one of the country’s top two signal callers. Jameis is not only a standout in football but is also considered to be one of the country’s top baseball players. He threw for 2,342 yds and 17 TDs and ran for an additional 870 yds on his way to earning All-State honors in 2010. Earned All-Metro Player of the Year honors in 2011 after throwing for 2,424 yds and 28 TDs and was picked off just twice, and rushed for 1,065 yds in leading his team to the 5A semi-ﬁnal game. For his career rushed for 2,912 yds and 35 TDs and passed for 6,871 yds and 67 TDs. His pocket management is great and scrambling ability excellent, so good in fact that he does not want to be labeled as a runner. He shows exceptional arm strength, poise under pressure, and is a superior athlete. His GPA is a perfect 4.0. Committed to FSU.

One of the top three prospects in the state of Texas, he shows the speed, quickness, hands, and heart to make a difference at the WR position. An impact player in 2011, he proved to be a sure handed receiver with outstanding moves in the open ﬁeld. He played big in big games and proved that he could absorb a hard hit, keep his feet, and hand onto the ball. Shows the outstanding body control to make acrobatic catches in trafﬁc and he’s a two-time 1st Team AllStater. He caught 91 passes for 1,141 yds and 9 TDs in 2010. This season Cayleb earned 1st Team All-Centex and All-State honors at WR collecting 1,200 yds in receptions this fall. His 239 career receptions are 5th in state history and his 3,171 receiving yards rank 20th. His father, Robert, was a linebacker with the Dallas Cowboys and the 1992 NFC Rookie of the Year. One of the nation’s premier LT and DE prospects. An explosive 285 pounder, he’s very strong and dominant at the point of attack, can bend off the edge, and shows explosive moves towards the QB on defense. This year on offense he dominated from the LT position showing good awareness and the ability to change direction quickly. He has proven to be one of the best hand ﬁghters in the west. Has the frame to weigh 320 in college and should be a good DE and a potential great LT. This season earned 1st Team All-Metro honors at OT. He committed early to USC but has since decided to take other visits with AL, NOTRE DAME, TX, AUBURN, OR, and CAL.

Nelson is considered the state of Florida’s top prospect at three different positions, WR, CB, and KR. On defense, once again this season, he showed terriﬁc instincts, quick reactions, read quarterbacks well, and displayed the leaping ability and smooth backpedal that allowed him to dominate receivers. On the other side of the ball he is a sure handed receiver with all the way kind of speed, and it’s the same balance, instincts, and agility that he uses on the defensive side of the ball. Totaled 1,440 yds at both the RB and WR positions as a junior, and picked off 3 passes and broke up 14 others while returning 4 kickoffs and punts back for scores. This season earned All-Tampa area honors rushing for 1,983 yds and 28 TDs. Visits FSU, USC, FL, NOTRE DAME, and OK. 14.

The nation’s premier DT prospect is, right now, a better run stuffer than pass rusher but does well at both. During the 2011 season he was constantly double and triple-teamed and that did not seem to bother this 295 pounder with enormous strength. He’s good at shooting gaps and penetrating into the opposition’s backﬁeld, and he continuously disrupts the ﬂow of the offense. Totaled 40 tackles and 5½ sacks on his way to earning H-M All-MET honors in 2010. This season earned 1st Team All-Metro honors. Visits AL, FSU, MIAMI, AUBURN, CAL, CLEMSON, and MD.

One of the premier athletes in the nation, he’s a ﬁve-star player who can do it all at the WR or FS positions. He’s one of those athletes with the right combination of body control, burst, and instincts. Earned All-State honors in 2010 after catching 43 passes for 811 yds and 15 TDs and rushing for 506 yds and 6 scores. On defense he returned 2 of his 5 picks back for scores. Earned 1st Team All-State honors and was named Player of the Year in the state of Maryland in 2011 after catching 36 passes for 770 yds and 8 TDs leading his team to a 12 and 0 record. He recorded 47 solo tackles and 8 picks a year ago while carrying the ball 71 times for 731 yds and 7 TDs on offense. He’s been timed in a 10.8 100 meters in track. Committed to ALABAMA.

RaleighMillbrook, NC

He’s the #1 RB prospect in the Carolinas and he burst onto the national scene with a super sophomore year rushing for over 2,000 yds and averaging 10 yds per carry. Last season he totaled 1,600 yds and 18 TDs averaging over 7 yds per carry. This season he ran for 1,891 yds and 25 TDs on his way to earning All-State mention. He’s been timed in a 10.6 100 meters in track. His GPA is a perfect 4.3. He’s a great combination of speed, acceleration, and instincts. An instinctive back who is dynamite on the perimeter. Committed to GEORGIA.

6-8, 320, 5.2

The #1 prospect in the state of New York shows All-American skills at the LT and DT positions. He favors the defensive side of the ball where he has played both end and tackle, but he’s been a dominating LT over the past two years. Shows the strength to drive the defender off the ball and the quickness to pull and trap. When out in space, he can effectively block down on linebackers. He shows an explosive ﬁrst step on both sides of the ball and recorded 68 tackles and 10 sacks in 2010. He’s also a standout in basketball. Committed to NOTRE DAME.

Lexington, SC

He ranks right up there with Diggs and Agholor when it comes to pure athletic ability. The #1 prospect in the state of South Carolina shows All-American skills at WR and DB. He plays the game fast and with good recovery speed. On defense he supports the run well and shows tremendous natural cover skills. On offense he’s a great leaper who catches the ball at its highest and proves to be one of the more explosive and elusive receivers in the country. Earned Player of the Year honors for the state of South Carolina in 2011 catching 79 passes for 1,546 yds and 19 TDs. He also ran for 305 yds and 10 scores. Averages 20 points a game as a shooting guard in basketball. Committed to SOUTH CAROLINA. 20.

Zach Banner

The son of Lincoln Kennedy, Zach possesses all the tools for greatness. Right now he gets by on pure athletic ability and size, and in fact, he dominates. No telling how good he could be once he hits the weight room and gives up basketball. He has freakish size and is a natural athlete, and those two together are a deadly combination. The consummate LT, he’s a two-time 1st Team All-Stater who did not allow a sack in 2011. Visits OK, MI, NOTRE DAME, USC, and WA.

The #1 prospect in the state of North Carolina proved why he is #1 with a dominating senior campaign. Some area scouts compare him to D'Brickshaw Ferguson when it comes to overall athletic ability and growth potential. He looks thin at 265 but can run like a 200 pounder. A natural athlete, he can bend his knees and is the consummate LT. Over the past two years he has averaged 14 pancake blocks per game. His lowest grade of the season was 82% and his highest was 97%. A two-time 1st Team All-Stater at LT and he has not allowed a sack in three seasons. Committed to FLORIDA. 19.

The #1 prospect in the state of Mississippi is also the state’s #1 baseball player. In football he is one of the south’s most exciting ball players. He shows a super strong arm, can make every throw, has knowledge of the game, is a leader both on and off the ﬁeld, and combines strength, explosive moves, great vision, and tremendous instincts. He threw for 1,399 yds and 16 TDs, and ran for 1,253 yds and 19 TDs on his way to earning 1st Team All-State honors in 2010. This season he earned 1st Team class 6A All-State

The son of former New York Giants standout defensive lineman Keith Hamilton, on ﬁlm Darius reminds people of his famous father. He’s a long-legged, long-armed, quick-footed, and instinctive pass rusher. Not yet a great ball player but has that kind of potential. He recorded 65 tackles and 14 QB sacks as a junior and is a twotime 1st Team All-County honoree at DT. Was named the Defensive Player of the Year for the state of New Jersey totaling 74 tackles and 17 QB sacks despite constantly being double-teamed. He had 4 sacks in the state title game. Visits FL, CAL, OH STATE, MIAMI, RUTGERS, and TN.

Earned 1 Team All-Tacoma and 1 Team All-State honors for the second year in a row and was voted his league’s Offensive Linemen of the Year. Once again he dominated from the word go and has played LT the past two years but could play RT or guard in college. Versatile, tough, and strong, he is adept as both a pass and run blocker. He shows exceptionally quick hands and feet, a great ﬁrst step, and does a good job of getting to the second level and burying linebackers. Benches 340. Graded out at close to 90% in his blocking assignments this season. Visits WA, STANFORD, MI, MIAMI, AUBURN, and NOTRE DAME. st

Kent Taylor

The nation’s #1 TE prospect does a great job of creating mismatches whether he is split out or with his hand on the ground. He runs very well for a 218 pounder and has the growth potential to weigh 250 in college. He latched onto 36 passes for 636 yds and 10 TDs in 2010 averaging 19 yds per catch. Despite the fact that he missed a few games due to a hand injury in 2011, he caught 33 passes for 480 yds and 5 TDs on his way to earning All-Area honors. He’s also a standout in baseball. His father, Rob Taylor, played ball at Northwestern. Committed to FLORIDA.

A big, thick bodied DB who played CB his junior and senior year but could wind up playing CB or FS in college. He’s as athletic as they come, can turn around with the swiftest of receivers, and shows a smooth backpedal and ﬂuid hips. He recorded 104 stops, 4 picks, broke up 13 passes, and returned 2 punts back for scores in 2010. Committed to CLEMSON.

6-0, 185, 4.5 Scottsdale Saguaro, AZ

No one in the state has compared to Mr. Foster this season, he dominated from the word go on both sides of the ball. Be it at RB, WR, or CB, he was simply unstoppable. He is a lockdown corner on defense who is very comfortable playing against the other team’s fastest receiver. On offense he is a sure handed receiver who can create after the catch and is also a terrific TB with great vision. Rushed for 1,500 yds and 29 TDs averaging 11 yds per carry in 2010. He also caught 40 passes for 707 yds and on defense he totaled 65 tackles and picked off 8 passes returning 1 of them back for a score. Earned state Player of the Year honors in 2011 shattering the state record with 60 TDs this season and helped lead Saguaro to their fifth state title in six years. He rushed for 3,058 yds and 54 TDs on 234 carries. Also caught 13 passes for 250 yds and 5 TDs, and he returned an interception back for a score. His 10 touchdown performance in a first round victory over Peoria Sunrise Mountain earned him national recognition. His GPA is 3.0. Visits ASU, OR, USC, and CAL.

Oxen Hill-Potomac, MD

One of the fastest players in the country and a ball player who showed All-American skills at RB, WB, and CB, explosive should be his middle name. As good as he is on offense, he may be even better at CB. Here’s an athlete who is very smooth in transition, can turn his hips, and is an exceptional pass defender. In 2010 he rushed for 1,058 yds and 9 TDs on 142 carries. He also picked off 3 passes returning 2 of them back for scores, and he returned 5 kickoffs back for TDs. His GPA is 3.1. Committed to NOTRE DAME.

He ran for 1,927 yds and 20 TDs on his way to earning 1st Team AllHouston area honors in 2010 As a senior he earned class 5A 1st Team All-State honors after rushing for 2,420 yds and 30 TDs. Has the frame to play either tackle or guard in college and shows the quickness to slide outside and cut off edge rushers. Earned 1st Team AllLos Angeles area honors in 2011. One of the most dominating OL prospects in the country. Committed to USC.

Fairless HillsPennsbury, PA

The #1 OL prospect in the state of Pennsylvania and one of the nation’s premier run blockers. He’s a mean, tough, and aggressive tackle who once again dominated form his LT position this season. He also played a little RT and OG and no matter where you put him, J.J. proved to be very difﬁcult for defenders to handle. He loves to bury unsuspecting linebackers, can redirect quickly, and has enough quickness, body control, and burst to successfully block out on the second level. This season he earned 1st Team All-Area and All-State honors and was voted his team’s offensive player of the year. He has now allowed a sack in two years. Committed early to Penn State but has since switched to WISCONSIN.

Wisconsin RapidsLincoln, WI

The state’s #1 prospect is a very instinctive player. He takes very few false steps and accelerates quickly to the ball. Plays the game with leverage aggressiveness and instincts. As a junior he earned 1st Team All-State honors after totaling over 100 tackles. The younger brother of NFL standout Jared Odrick, this season Julian dominated on both sides of the line. He showed great quickness, strength, and instincts. Totaled 71 tackles, 31 ﬁrst hits, and 5 sacks at DT showing good technique and the ability to quickly redirect. Committed to RUTGERS.

Aaron took his game to a new level this fall after earning 2nd Team AllCounty honors in 2010. He was voted the league’s Defensive Player of the Year setting school records in tackles (sacks 11½), he forced 5 fumbles, and picked off 2 passes. On offense he ran for 865 yds and 17 TDs. He also rushed for 600 yds and 3 TDs averaging 11.5 yds per carry. Will play LB in college. Visits MI ST, IL, CINCY, and FL.

Once again Issac put together one heck of a season after totaling 85 tackles and 13 QB sacks on his way to earning 1st Team All-State honors in 2010.
