2022 Realtors® To Watch

Each year, the RASM Young Professionals Network (YPN) recognizes a group of Realtors® who represent excellence in leadership, community involvement, and everything else that makes a well-rounded young professional succeed in real estate.

REALTORS® TO WATCH

The YPN calls this exclusive group the REALTORS® to Watch. REALTORS® to Watch is an annual program designed to showcase the rising stars in real estate from Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

The REALTORS® to Watch program is open to any Realtors® under the age of 40 as of June of the application year and are current Realtors® who hold a valid license to practice real estate in Florida. Honorees receive recognition in RASM’s ELEVATE Magazine, recognition on RASM social media channels, and inclusion on the county-wide distribution of press releases. The honorees are part of a photoshoot which is featured in the ELEVATE magazine.

REALTORS® TO WATCH COMMITTEE

As a YPN member, I had the pleasure of serving on the REALTORS® to Watch committee this year. The committee is comprised of several members of the YPN. We met together to carefully review all of the applications. We evaluated applicants as a whole. Some of the criteria we looked at were: leadership, community involvement, the volume of real estate transactions, how long has that Realtor® has been in business, future goals and plans, and other personal experiences. It was incredible to see how many wonderful, driven Realtors® our community in Sarasota and Manatee has to offer.

I have been in the Sarasota-Manatee real estate industry for almost five years and was thrilled to be introduced to some new Realtors® through this program. I really enjoyed getting to learn the passion that fuels the REALTORS® to Watch applicants and honorees.
