Worked on issues of food security and management of food waste in the city of New York; to impact the city through policy frameworks designed at promoting a more sustainable attitude towards edible waste aiming at providing a pathway for a more circular economy, thereby reducing stress on the supply chain and waste management infrastructure at the state level, and also improving access to nutritious food (previously discarded by the market) to the disenfranchised population.

Project Architect, Senscape Architects, Bangalore, India.

My role as the project architect involved designing and producing architectural drawings and 3D models for execution at site, supervision at site and coordination between the various stakeholders of the project, as well as producing bills of quantities, ensuring uninterrupted progress at site.

Participated in a workshop conducted by the Indo-German Center for Sustainability, IIT Madras, to understand peri-urban ecologies in the City of Chennai, India.

Organized a panel discussion among Urban Practitioners in New York as part of the Urban Methods Actively involved in Public Engagement at Sunset Park, Brooklyn for data collection and feedback from stakeholders over concerns about the Public Education system in the neighborhood.

Volunteered as a program manager for a public engagement program ‘Brooklyn Bridge Park Pool Talks’ organized by TYTHEDesign, New York, to understand the needs of the neighborhood, with an intent of building a pool in the neighborhood park.
