Rise and Shine Workout Wednesday, May 9, 2018 | 6:00am - 7:00am Thursday, May 10, 2018 | 6:30am - 7:30am These early morning energizers are a great way to start your day and increase your heart rate before the Forum sessions. Pack your workout gear and come prepared for either an outdoor morning run, departing from the lobby of the Delta Hotel, or put a little Namaste in your day with a 45-minute yoga session happening onsite at the Delta Hotel. Outdoor workout attire is recommended. Yoga mats will be provided.

The Wascana Park Experience (Session D1) Wednesday, May 9, 2018 | 2:45pm – 5:00 pm This session is an opportunity to connect with nature at Wascana Park which boasts over 930 hectares of park and greenspace in the heart of the city. There will be a variety of structured and unstructured activities to give you a memorable outdoor experience. Come dressed for outdoor activities and note that some activities are weather permitting. Shuttle departs from Delta Hotel to the Royal Saskatchewan Museum at Wascana Park at 2:45pm.

Taste of Saskatchewan – Dinner and Entertainment Wednesday, May 9, 2018 | 6:00 - 6:30pm Cocktails | 6:30pm - 12:00 am Dinner and Entertainment We invite you to join us for a locally inspired meal, followed by an evening of music, dancing and storytelling showcasing the culture of Indigenous Peoples in Saskatchewan. This cultural showcase is also an opportunity to acknowledge that the 2018 Forum is hosted on Treaty 4 Territory, the traditional lands of the Cree, Ojibwe, Saulteaux, Dakota, Nakota, Lakota and homeland of the Métis Nation. Forum delegates are also welcome to attend the Saskatchewan Physical Education Association Trade Show happening in the Umbria Room, between 6:00 pm and 11:00 pm.

To be admitted to any Forum activity, you must wear your official Framework for Recreation in Canada Forum 2018 name badge.

The Friends of the Forum booths will be set up on the Mezzanine level of the Delta Hotel on Wednesday, May 9 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We encourage you to stop by and visit their booths and learn more about how their work impacts the recreation sector and supports the goals of the Framework for Recreation in Canada.
