She worked for 15 years at the firm Farrell Fritz resolving real estate, tax, estate planning, corporate, and environmental issues.
Among her services, Theresa directly assists our agents with zoning analysis, structuring transactions, and negotiating deals; and also interfaces with local government officials, surveyors, title companies, environmental engineers, house inspectors, and lenders in an effort to move our transactions forward.
