TRUCKER’S REST STOP

This thesis dwell upon rest stop on ring road in context of Ahmedabad. In the surroundings of highway, industrial park and commercial Market.

Thesis incorporates in-depth study and design primarily the resting area for truck drivers, food court, parking station and Mechanical servicing area.

The purpose of the design project was to Organize an unorganized infrastructure, formalizing nature of services, social growth of truck drivers, quality of life.

This workshop is about analysing a painting based on the parameters of geometry, construction in space, composition in space, colour fills, movement within the painting, balance and hierarchy individually as layers and then superimpose on each other. The two dimensional paiting is to be imagined as a three dimensional composition.
