If we provide basic human needs including: shelter, mailbox, connection to a supportive community, and mental health services, we believe that they will better understand their situation and be equipped to achieve their goals.

We believe life happens in between architecture, so we want to create the maximum amount of social spaces on our site. We did this by stacking 20 units on the south side, consolidating circulation into a block, and lifting the entire thing on a podium to create room for commercial activity, and more community space underneath.
