PARKING Mostly all parking in the area is on-street with coin-operated parking meters. Parking meters have to be fed from 8 am until 5 pm, Monday–Friday expect for holidays. There is a small strip with about 3 un-metered parking spots on Floyd Street (see map on opposite page). To avoid costly parking tickets, we recommend you purchase a Visitor Parking Daypass. The Daypass allows limited parking in any City parking garage/lot, parking overtime in limited time zones or at any parking meter with a time limit of one hour or more for a period of 48 hours from purchase. A Visitor Daypass is available to Savannah visitors for a price of $14 for 2 days and $8 for a single day. The Daypass is available at Mobility & Parking Services, 100 East Bryan Street, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm and the Savannah Visitor’s Center, 301 MLK Blvd., Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 9 am–5 pm. For more information call Mobility & Parking Services (912) 651-6470.

TRASH Please place trash in blue dumpster (see map on opposite page) on Hull Street. Recyclables (hard plastic #1-7, Aluminum, tin and steel cans, paper, newspaper, magazines, junk mail, glass, and dry cardboard) should be placed in black curbside bins with yellow lids.
