User Journey
Accessibility Concerns 1
2
Individuals that have been diagnosed as blind would not be able to use the tablet effectively, by themselves.
The tablet currently has a lack of user type recognition with left and right hand coordination. Users are required to flip the board upside down which makes you draw backwards. If tablet is shared amongst business partners or households each user would be required to switch the settings to their preferences.
/Problem 01
Express-keys Express-keys are often accidentally pressed when users move to type on their keyboard, and physical placement does not accommodate various unique workflows.
/Problem 02
Settings Settings are controlled and set through the computer preferences rather than a brand interface
/Problem 03
Tablet and pen surface The pen is easily misplaced, and the placement of the buttons on the stylus can create wear easily on the tablet's surface.
Problem Statement Wacom Tablets have an awkward placements of express-keys and the in-depth settings menu can interrupt the creative workflow.
Solution We solved for a faster and seamless workflow by creating a detachable keypad that is customized to you as well as a touch bar interface.
