INTIBUCÁ
Education: we create strategic alliances to improve access to quality education, starting from early childhood stimulation, pre-basic, basic and non-formal education, using an inclusive approach. We also promote positive discipline. Child Poverty: we implement programs with a focus on livelihoods, so adolescents and their families develop their potential and skills in order to improve their income and quality of life. Protection: we strengthen Child Protection Systems so children can live in an environment free of violence and exploitation, without any type of discrimination. We also promote techniques for care and Positive Discipline in homes. Child Rights Governance: we work with local and national governments to improve investment for children and accountability to the fulfillment of their rights. We also guarantee the participation of children and adolescents in political processes such as the creation of laws and public policies. Health and Nutrition: we work to eliminate child mortality from preventable causes. We promote healthy practices and access to drinking water. We also support equal access to health and nutritional services for vulnerable children and during humanitarian crises, as well as access to sexual and reproductive health services for adolescent girls. Further, we work to decrease growth retardation rates, eliminate morbidity and mortality of children aged under five from infectious and vector-borne diseases such as Dengue, Malaria, Chikungunya and Zika.
