The Ministry of Environment and Forestry is developing the Indonesian National Carbon Accounting System (INCAS), to support Indonesia’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) requirements for the land sector, including for REDD+ activities.
