THE OUTLET AT BERGEN TOWN CENTER

The Outlets at Bergen Town Center is a shopping center located in Bergen County, New Jersey, USA. The center consists of both an indoor mall and exterior outlying stores and occupies over 105 acres split between the municipalities of Paramus and Maywood. We will be opening our fifth location at the Outlets at Bergen Town Center (Suite 12).

Perhaps the most revolutionary and controversial innovation of our times is AI (Artificial Intelligence). This technology stimulates human intelligence and mimics many actions associated with the human mind such as qualitative or quantitative thinking, decision making, problem solving, and learning. Corporations such as Amazon, Google and Microsoft have already invested in implementing systems of AI, and in 2020 we will most likely see an increase in specialized AI, more practical uses of it, as well as extended debates on its regulations.

With many companies such as Tesla, Cruise, and Waymo jumping into the self-driving car wagon, a fourth industrial revolution might be just around the corner! Henry Fordâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s automobile rules are adapting to the necessities and innovations of the 21st century with technological advances such as electrical cars, sustainable batteries, and of course, self-driving cars. Such driverless vehicles are capable of sensing its surroundings and safely moving with little or no human input. This innovation can decrease human errors or time wasted in traffic and enhance mobility for elderly or disabled people, but it might take some time getting used to!

Blockchain Technology

The center, which was built as the Bergen Mall, opened in 1957 as one of several regional large-scale outdoor shopping centers rolled out nationwide, and was the largest of its kind at the time of its opening. It is the second-oldest mall in New Jersey. The mall has over the years included community spaces, including a chapel, theater for live dramas, post office, auditorium, ice rink, bowling alley and a children's amusement ride area, and is the current location of the Bergen County Museum.

Stephon continues to service PROJECT Men’s existing client roster along with traveling around the globe to keep an eye out for new brands entering into the North American market. Whether it’s Chess, Archery, Sculpture, Poolside Leisure, or worldly Artifacts, the younger generation will be just as fascinated (and entertained) as their seniors. He comes to the SAYKI Madison store regularly to select unique pieces to put together looks for his celebrity clients or for the covers of magazines.

Elian Zidan is a journalist originally from Mexico, currently working at Univision, the number one Spanish-Language Network in the United States. He is known for being a reporter at the morning newscast "Al Despertar" and the noon show “Edicion Digital NY”. Elian Zidan wears SAYKI clothing regularly to host his shows.

City of Tribes As the region was once ruled over by fourteen pioneering merchant families in the past, it has famously been referred to as the “City of Tribes” since the 15th century. Paying a visit to the castles built by these families is a must, as these architectural structures play a significant role in shaping the cultural heritage and history of the city.
