Protecting God's Children® for Adults is training conducted by VIRTUS certified facilitators on the prevention of child sexual abuse. The training makes participants aware of the signs of child sexual abuse, the methods and means by which offenders commit abuse, and five easy steps one can use to prevent child sexual abuse. Two videos are the centerpiece of the training: A Time to Protect God's Children™ and A Plan to Protect God's Children™. The facilitators incorporate policies and procedures into the training defining child sexual abuse, addressing the reporting of child sexual abuse, the screening and selection of employees and volunteers, and victim advocacy.

TICKETS On sale in the main office! The multi-award winning SBA Celebration Troupe is proud to present its 2016 spring musical, Cole Porter’s Kiss Me, Kate, April 7-9 at 7 pm & April 10 at 2:30 pm. This zany, jazzy musical comedy offers a new spin on the ultimate battle of the sexes: William Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew. The story focuses on two seasoned performers (and recently estranged spouses) who tackle a new musical version of the classic tale, leading to crazy backstage antics, plenty of on-stage chaos and even a pair of gangsters armed with pistols and some mean softshoe dance skills. Featuring classic hummable tunes like “Too Darn Hot,” “I Hate Men,” “Another Op’nin, Another Show” and “Brush Up Your Shakespeare,” Kiss Me, Kate will prove that “the course of true love never did run smooth,” as well as “what fools these mortals be.” Reserved Seating Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
PLEASE LET YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT OUR APRIL SPRING FLING! OPEN TO ALL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS & PARENTS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT SBA!
