2016 Summer Reading & Math Requirements Each student will be required to read one novel and complete the summer reading assignment by Thursday, August 11. Also, the students will begin presenting their projects during the first week of class. The summer reading assignment is worth 100 points. AP classes require an additional book and assignment. We are pleased to offer each student who is enrolled in Algebra I, Geometry or Algebra II the opportunity to prepare for his/her upcoming math course. This is an optional packet that, if successfully completed, may be substituted for your lowest quiz grade during the first quarter. Each student need only complete the one packet for the course he/she is registered. Students should bring their completed packet with them the first day of school for submission.
