South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal District

SBBURD is a 1,633-acre tax increment finance district created by the City of Billings, Montana to eliminate blight through urban renewal. The South Billings Urban Renewal Association, comprised of residents and business owners within the District, make recommendations to the City Council regarding TIF expenditures. MCA, Title 7, Chapter 15, Part 4288, governs the permitted uses of TIF funds.
