PREFERENCES LOAN DETAILS

Each LO selects which communication(s) go out.

Lead and prospect email campaigns with call reminders. Task reminders are triggered by dates under “Send On”.

Options to choose email, SMS or both.

Birthday emails sent in the morning.

Borrower and co-borrower birthday reminder email to buyer agent sent in the evening.

Borrower congratulation email sent after closing.

The post-closing email also asks for referrals.

Closing disclosure tax reminder email sent to ALL closed loan contacts (from previous year).

CONTACT RECORDS

• Information entered into your LOS is automatically brought into the contact record. Personal information (i.e., interests, # of years married, etc.) is entered manually.

The contact’s mailing address will automatically change in the contact record after funding, if it’s a primary residence.

Whether it’s a borrower, buyer agent, or seller agent, all loans associated with the contact are readily accessible within the contact record.

EMAIL MARKETING

Simple One-Time Setup: Turn on marketing emails by simply checking the box under the emails you want to send for each contact status. You will never need to go through this process again, even when you add new contacts to your database.

Loan detail sections are automatically laid out in the same chronological order as a loan in process.

If the loan party doesn’t exist, one will be created, & the loan record attached to the contact and any future loans.

When a date is automatically populated from the LOS into a loan detail field, tasks, emails, SMS texts, or a combination of all, will occur.

Pop-ups when you have questions on particular fields.
