Last month the educational affairs committee continued the SBLBSHP annual tradition and hosted the virtual Western State Conference Residency Project Presentations on 5/19/2021 and 5/26/2021. Our team members worked tirelessly with the residents not only to ensure smooth operation, but also to create a memorable experience and highlight their hard work during residency.

The residents did a phenomenal job of showcasing their abilities to acquire the necessary data to answer the relevant research questions, analyze primary literatures and guidelines to assess the clinical application of their research, and answer questions critically and thoroughly. SBLBSHP is honored to continue providing the platform where the area residents can share their researches and their successes. Now that they are nearing the end of their residency and are about to embark on the next chapter of their career, we are confident that they will be successful in all their endeavors.

In appreciation of the continued support SBLBSHP have been receiving from our members throughout the years, we held raffles at the end of both WSC events. The excitement of watching the raffle wheel spinning was the perfect ending to this year SBLBSHP WSC events. Congratulations to all the raffle prize winners! With COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, please look out for updates on future CE events where we may return to having in person event again!
