Professional distance between Tenants and Landlords is important in most cases. Buying an investment property needs a strategic approach based on sound investment principles. If the property next door fits all the criteria for a good investment, then buy it. If the only requirement it meets is convenience for you to keep and eye on it, then … don’t!!!

My average power bill per quarter is $600 and my water bill is $200. Properties that have installed significant solar panels and tanks are minimising the costs to tenants significantly.
