Registration Information

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee for an 8 hour event includes the cost of eMaterials, instruction, lunch and breaks. All registrations must be accompanied by full payment, or government voucher, before a seat is reserved in the course. SCACPA does not invoice for the course registration fee. Payment may be in the form of a personal or company check, or charged to an American Express, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

Confirmation

A confirmation is sent to each registered participant. The confirmation is computer generated and mailed or emailed after payment is received and processed. If you do not receive a confirmation within 3-5 business days after registering, please contact the SCACPA office to confirm your registration. If you register late, you may not receive a confirmation before the course.

Registration Modifications

Substitutions, transfers and cancellations will not be accepted by phone. These items must be in writing and emailed to cpe@scacpa. org, faxed to (803)791-4196, or mailed to SCACPA, 570 Chris Drive, West Columbia, SC 29169, before the event date. You will receive confirmation of your request via email, fax or phone within one day. If you do not, it is your responsibility to verify the office received the request. Any balance after a transfer or cancellation may be applied to another program or refunded. Refunds, substitutions, transfers and cancellations are not accepted after eMaterials are uploaded to the website. Complete registration policy can be viewed online at www.scacpa.org/cpepolicies.

Special Requests

Please notify us of your need at the time of registration or at least two weeks prior to course date. You may find it necessary to bring a light jacket or sweater to programs. Room temperatures vary, and we want you to be as comfortable as possible to get the most out of your training experience. Contact the CPE team at 888-557-4814 ext. 110 or 112 or cpe@scacpa.org.

Ematerials

Course materials are available electronically as PDFs only, making them easily available to view on your personal tablet or e-reader. Download the materials in advance and enjoy the convenience of going paperless. Electronic materials will be uploaded approximately 3 days before the event. Materials are copyrighted and permission to download and/ or print is granted to the paid participant of the event exclusively. Materials will not be provided to you at the event. SCACPA cannot guarantee Internet access. Please download the materials to your device in advance. Once the materials are uploaded to the SCACPA website, refunds, transfers, substitutions and cancellations are no longer accepted. Fee Description

Early Bird: SCACPA members who register with payment at least three weeks before the event. Members: SCACPA members who register with payment less than three weeks before the event. If you are a CPA and are not a member of SCACPA but are a member of another state CPA society, you can take advantage of the member fee. Non-Members: Anyone that is not a member of SCACPA or any other state CPA society must pay the non-member rate.
