RETURNS We guarantee to refund any item purchased through SCAE that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt. International SCAE purchases can only be returned by post. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the original packaging intact. If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.
