Dear Naturists, It gives me great pleasure to invite you inside this latest inspiring issue of Bare@ll Magazine for Members of Naturist Association Thailand. What took us so long to get back on the street? Well, mostly lack of material. But finally, enough members liked what they saw and paid back by writing an article for the next issue. Read for example “Khon Thai in Trend”’s article on why we need to be more active offering Nude Yoga - and “Khon Thai Than Lok”’s article about naturism specifically for a Thai audience. Both articles were originally written in Thai language but are also offered in an English translation for the benefit of our international membership The same goes with the article about our participation at the Thai tourism fair “Thai Tiew Thai”. This was a very successful initiative which we will repeat every year for sure. Thank you also to the Naked Wanderings couple, Nick & Lins, for allowing us to reprint part of their excellent guide on Naturism in Thailand. We have left the links intact, so for all you who enjoy this publication in its e-magazine form, click away! Now it’s your turn! Start writing your story for the magazine! Les Croissants de Cap d’Agde By D^A^O
This vacation in August, we had the opportunity to visit France. Both of us were quite keen on going to Cap d'Agde having read a lot about this place. This is the largest place for sunbathing nude as naturists. The place that all naturists flock to from around the globe as their dream place to visit. The two of us made the plan that we had to go. But first we had to visit Paris. We were invited to stay at a naturist friend’s apartment in Paris. It was located just a stone throw from the Eiffel tower - this was truly a great place and he and his boyfriend were both so nice people. We had been flying for 12 hours. I am a normal sized Thai woman. Our bags were filled with clothes for three weeks. Hauling these heavy bags down the metro and out of one train and into another and then some more stairs was seriously not what I had been looking forward to. I was dead tired. But when we finally popped out of the metro station and stood on the

pavement in the bright Paris sun .. and there! There it is! The Eiffel Tower! Suddenly, I was no longer tired. We were really in Paris! Our naturist friend’s apartment was beautiful. We came on our own with his key as he would not be home until the next day. He is a collector of art with an eye for the odd combinations of modern street art and antiquities. First time you enter his apartment you feel like a princess coming into a castle. And every time you enter it again you notice something new or that you believe is new - but it was actually there all the time. Most impressive is the bathroom, a 1 by 2 meter room with walls painted in red and on the toilet is a crown that makes it look like a throne hall. After a few days in Paris, it was time to go to the famous Cap d’Agde. Our host was sceptical, if this was really something for us, but too shy to explain why.
To go there, we took the TGV high speed train line from Paris to Beziers on the south coast of France almost to the border of Spain. From here it is a short distance to Cap d’Agde where we could have taken a taxi, but we had rented a car so we could drive around to see the area with the small mountain towns, the wine cellars, the restaurants. We drove straight to Cap d’Agde and followed the signs to the naturist village, as they call it. Even before we got to the gates, we saw people on bicycle with their naked bum on the saddle. At the gate, we had to buy tickets to enter the village. Inside, there are several hotels and private apartments for rent - but we had rented a space in a naturist camping site to put up our own tent because that was the cheapest they had. Driving to our spot, we saw more people naked on foot or on bicycle. It felt strange because the size of the village made us feel like we were still in public, but it was nice. The camping
area is very big and divided by main roads and alleys like a village or a housing estate in Thailand. Each road has several centrally located washroom facilities where you can also dish wash and wash clothes. We found our spot next to two italians and put up our tent. Then we got naked too.
so you could have some privacy when sitting there. On the other side of the building were wash basins for brushing teeth, washing your face and another area for washing dishes and clothes. A bit further down the road was a restaurant which was especially busy for breakfast.
We then went to see the toilets and shower rooms. On the way we met other people walking naked and we greeted them, but they didn’t greet us back, didn’t even look at us. Maybe it is because there are too many people from too many countries in the camp so they don’t think they need to get to know each other. But it made us think. This was not what we are used to with naturists in Thailand and elsewhere.
Then we went down to see the beach which is the place we had heard so many rumours about. It is long and wide like the beach at Hua Hin and all the people we met at first part of the beach were naked, there were several families with children, some couples, some singles reading books, some going for a swim in the sea. We thought we would also go swimming, but when you come from Thailand, the water here is freezing cold. Then we thought that we had come all this way here and we forced ourselves to walk out to our waist and then jumped up and down counting to 10. At “10” we dipped down your whole body under the water. We came up like a rocket and ran back up on the shore. We had done that. No need to prove we could do it again.
The shower area is mixed for men and women. Each shower was in a separated space but with no door to the people walking by outside. When you wash your private parts you can turn you back if you don’t want other people to see how you wash yourself there. If you are waiting for a shower to be free you can stand there and watch how the other people wash themselves. If you are not shy watching. However, at least the toilets had doors,
Then there was a restaurant with beach chairs dividing the beach. On the other side there were also people lying on the sand. There were
couples. No children. Sometimes more people in a group. But they were not sleeping or taking sunbath. They were having sexual activity. Some people like us were walking by and watching them while they were doing it. Some were touching their own genitals as they looked. There were all kinds of couples, gays as well, and groups. Oh My God! We were shocked at first and did not know if we should look or we should pretend we were looking out on the ocean. Then looked back like casually on what they were doing while walking to the end of the beach. Here there was a sign saying “End of Naturist Beach”. On the other side it says “Start of Naturist Beach”. The people on the other side of the sign were all wearing swimwear or maybe toplesss but they did not come anywhere near the sign. And they were not that many compared to our side of the beach, especially the people on this side of the restaurant. We had not expected this open sexual activity and we were shocked. We walked back through the crowd like in a porno movie trying to calm our minds, praying to Buddha, not get upset or excited. It was clear that the couples who were making love liked

I noticed a beautiful fashion model type of young woman maybe 27 or 29. She came walking down the street on the way to the disco with her boyfriend. He was wearing a suit and looked smart. She was wearing a short, red leather jacket on her shoulders. Underneath she wore a top. Not the kind that reveals part of your breast. It was pulled down under them so her naked white breasts stood out from inside the short red leather jacket. The top stopped just over the navel. On her feet she was wearing long, red leather boots. From her navel down to her boots, she was not wearing anything! Of course she was shaved nice and clean. I was a bit shocked to see her and felt almost like asking her “hey, did you forget to put on something?” There were plenty of restaurants to choose from around the harbour and under the hotel. Pizza, seafood, but no Thai restaurant. There were also night clubs of different kinds. Some for gay, some for swingers. The two of us just walked around ordinary naked, looking, doing some shopping in the supermarket, then stopping at an Italian restaurant to have a pizza and then go back to our tent.
to show themselves having sex and the people who came to watch them clearly enjoyed watching someone having sex, sometimes masturbating to what they saw. When they were finished, they would go on to watch another couple. In that sense, they matched each other. Back on the naturist side of the restaurant, we lay down on the sand to discuss what we had just seen. We were both of the same opinion that we would not let the Naturist Association Thailand become a place where you could find this kind of sexual behaviour. We will definitely stick to the teaching that naturism does not have to be related to sex of any kind. We appreciate the way we are keeping sexual activity out of Thai naturism and will keep it this way.

Then we walked to the other far side of the beach. This is where there is a hotel and where there is a walking path around the harbour. It is nice with ships anchoring up inside the harbour with naked people on the boats. Under the hotel there is a shopping mall. There are supermarkets, souvenir shops, clothes shops, restaurants. People go around in the shops without wearing clothes. Stand by the cashier in the supermarket naked. In the evening, the guests come for the nightclub and some dress up a bit more sexy. Maybe a man will wear a leather pants with a hole cut open for his penis to hang out. Maybe a woman will dress up in a mini-skirt that is so short that you can see that she is not wearing underwear. Some dress like Cat Woman.
Inside the camp there was a restaurant where many people came to have breakfast. Nobody was wearing strange clothes here. All were just naked carrying their towel to sit on over their shoulder. Some bicycled there to buy bread and then take it home to their family. We did not bring any cooking gear, so we went here every morning. I sat down to reserve a table and my husband would stand in the queue and order bread, croissants and french coffee with milk. These mornings were my private opportunity to sit and meditate and innocently watch the scenery. I could sit unnoticed and watch all the naked men stand in the queue or walk by with their different sizes and shapes hanging ding-dong for me to appreciate and enjoy. Fascinating.. They are all so different.. Oh! I almost forget to eat my croissant. The croissants here in Thailand are delicious, but you should try to have some at Cap d’Agde.

ขึ้นลงบันไดสูงประมาณตึกสามชั้น นี่มันทรมานกันชัดๆ แต่ในขณะที่ ลากกระเป๋าขึ้นจากรถไฟฟ้า ใต้ดิน เดินขึ้นมาตามบันไดแบบทุลักทุเล ก็มีหนุ่มฝรั่งเศสใจดี อาสายกขึ้นให้ แล้วก็เดินจากไปแบบไม่ต้องรอให้ ขอบคุณ เราได้แต่กล่าว เมอซี่บุกู Merci beaucoup ตามหลัง พอ เดินพ้นขึ้นมาถึงถนน ก็ตกใจ เอ๊ย.. เราสองคนก็วางแผนว่าต้องไปให้ได้ นั่นมันหอไอเฟล นี่นา! .. แล้ววันเดินทางก็มาถึง พวกเราไป ถึงฝรั่งเศส ไปพักกับเพื่อนชาว อพาร์ทเม้นต์ของเพื่อนชาวเนเชอรีสท์ ช่างงดงามยิ่งนัก เขาเป็นนัก เนเชอรีสท์ใจดีให้ที่พักฟรี เป็น อพาร์ทเม้นต์หรูใจกลางนครปารีส สะสมงานศิลปะ มีร้านขายภาพ วาดโบราณและงานแอนทีค แค่เดินไป 7 นาทีก็ถึงหอไอเฟล อยู่ใจกลางเมือง เมื่อถึงอพาร์ท โอ้โน! มันสุดยอดมากเลยเกรก!. เม้นต์ ครั้งแรกที่เดินเข้าไปในบ้าน ด้วยที่ป็นหญิงไทย ไซส์มินิ แต่ต้อง รู้สึกเหมือนตัวเองเป็นองค์หญิง รัชทายาทที่เดินเข้าปราสาท ทุกๆ ลากกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ นั่ง มุมของบ้านมีแต่ภาพเขียนสวยงาม รถไฟบนดินยังไม่พอ ยังต้องต่อ รถไฟไต้ดิน และก็ต้องลากกระเป๋า เหมือนในพิพิธภัณฑ์ ของสะสมที่มี ในช่วงพักร้อนเดือนสิงหาคม เรา สองคนสามีภรรยา ได้ไปพักร้อน ทีฝ่ รัง่ เศส เราตัง้ ใจอย่างมากทีจ่ ะ ไป Cap d’Agde มันอ่านว่า “กับ ดิอาก” ด้วยความทีช่ อื่ เสียงเลือ่ งลือ ว่าทีน่ เี่ ป็นสถานทีอ่ าบแดดทีใ่ หญ่ ทีส่ ดุ ของชาวแก้ผา้ ทีน่ กั ท่องเทีย่ ว ทุกประเทศต่างอยากจะมาเห็นกับตา
มูลค่าวางเรียงราย ประทับใจที่สุด คือห้องน�้ำที่มีขนาด 1 x 2 เมตร ทาผนังปูนด้วยสีแดงทั้ง 4 ด้าน แล้วติดภาพวาดไว้อย่างเป็นระเบียบ รวมกับของสะสมที่มาจากหลาย ประเทศที่เจ้าของบ้านไปเยือน และ สิ่งเพิ่มเติมที่ขาดไม่ได้ในห้องแคบๆ นั้นคือ โถชักโครกสีขาว ลอง นึกภาพตามดูว่า คนที่ดีไซน์ โถ ชักโครกคงไม่ได้ออกแบบเพื่อให้มัน เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมอะไรหรอก แต่ พอเจ้าของบ้านได้วางไว้ที่มุมสุด ของห้องพร้อมกับวางมงกุฏสีทอง ไว้บนถังเก็บน�้ำ แค่นั้นก็สามารถ ท�ำให้โถชักโครกที่แสนธรรมดา ออกมาให้เป็นงานศิลปะอีกชิ้นได้ เวลาดิฉันเข้าห้องน�้ำก็พราง จินตนาการไปว่าเป็นเจ้าหญิงที่ถอด มงกุฎวางไว้ขณะปลดทุกข์ แล้ว ปล่อยอารมณ์สุนทรีย์ไปกับภาพวาด

ทั้งหลาย อะไรจะโรแมนติกขนาดนี้ ออกเป็นซอยเหมือนหมู่บ้าน แต่ละ ซอยจะมีสี่แยกอยู่ตรงกลางและมี มาเล่าเรื่อง ที่ Cap d’Agde ดี ห้องน�้ำห้องซักล้างรวม เรามาถึง กว่า เราเดินทางด้วยรถไฟเร็วจาก ก็มีรถบ้านของชาวอิตาลีมาจอดอยู่ ปารีส ไปถึงเมือง เบซิเออ Beziers แล้ว เราก็จัดการกางเต็นท์ข้างๆเขา แล้วเช่ารถขับไปที่ Cape d’Adge จากนั้นเราก็ถอดเสื้อผ้า แล้วก็พา พอไปถึงประตูทางเข้า จะมีประตู กันเดินไปที่ชายหาด ขณะที่เดินไป เราก็เจอกลุ่มแก้ผ้าเดินสวนมา เรา กั้นเพื่อตรวจบัตร ว่าเราเป็น สมาชิกของสมาคมเนเชอรีสท์สากล พยายามจะทักทายเขา แต่พวกเขา หรือ “INF” จริง และได้จองที่พัก ไม่มองเราเลย ไม่ทักทายเราด้วย เรียบร้อยแล้ว ที่พักของที่นี่ มีโซน อาจเป็นเพราะว่าต่างคนต่างมาจาก หลายประเทศ และอยู่ไม่นานเลยไม่ บ้านพักตากอากาศ ซึ่งเป็นบ้าน พักส่วนตัว โซนโรงแรมรูปเกือกม้า จ�ำเป็นต้องรู้จักกันก็ได้มั้ง หันหน้าออกทะเล โรงแรมนี้มี4ชั้น หลายร้อยห้อง และโซนส�ำหรับจอด ที่แคมป์แห่งนี้ เขาจะท�ำห้องอาบน�้ำ รถบ้านและกางเต็นท์นอน ส่วนเรา แบบรวม จะจัดเป็นแถวยาวหลาย เลือกกางเต็นท์นอน เพราะถูกที่สุด สิบห้องภายในห้องจะมีแต่ฝักบัวและ ชั้นวางของ ไม่มีประตูปิด แต่ยัง โชคดีหน่อยที่ห้องส้วมมีประตู ไม่ ขณะที่ขับรถเข้าเขต เนเชอรีสท์ งั้นคงน่าเกลียดตอนท�ำธุระส่วน เราก็เริ่มเห็นผู้คน ทั้งเดินและขี่ จักรยานไปมาด้วยร่างกายเปลือย ตัว มีห้องซักล้าง และล้างจาน ล้างหน้า แปรงฟัน ตรงกลางของ เปล่า ซึ่งเห็นแล้วก็รู้สึกแปลกดี หมู่บ้านจะเป็นร้านอาหารส�ำหรับ หลังจากที่ติดต่อเรื่องที่พักแล้ว เรา คนที่ไม่น�ำอุปกรณ์ท�ำครัวมา ก็ขับหาที่พักเพื่อกางเต็นท์ บริเวณ กางเต็นท์ กว้างใหญ่มาก และแบ่ง เราเดินไปถึงชายหาด เป็นหาด

ที่เขาร�่ำลือว่ามีคนเปลือยกายแก้ ผ้าอาบแดดมากที่สุด เราไปถึงตอน ห้าโมงเย็นเราเดินสวนทางกับคนที่ พึ่งกลับจากชายหาด แต่พอไปถึง ก็ยังมีคนนอนอาบแดดเล่นน�้ำอยู่ บ้าง ชายหาดเป็นหาดที่ทอดยาว ไกลเหมือนชายหาดที่หัวหินบ้านเรา มีครอบครัวพาเด็กๆ มาเล่นน�้ำ ก่อ กองทราย บางคนก็ตกปลา บาง คู่ก็นอนอาบแดดอ่านหนังสือ เรา สองคนก็อยากลองเล่นน�้ำมั่ง พอ ลองเอาเท้าจุ่มลงในน�้ำทะเล มัน เย็นยะเยือกประมาณน�้ำในถังน�้ำ แข็งเลย แต่ไหนๆก็มาแล้วก็อยาก จะลองเล่นน�้ำเย็นสักครั้ง ดังนั้นเรา จึงเริ่มเดินลงทะเลอย่างช้าๆ จนถึง เอวตัวเริ่มสั่น แล้วตัดสินใจนับ110 เอาตัวจุ่มลงน�้ำ จากนั้นก็วิ่ง กลับขึ้นฝั่งมาอาบแดดให้อุ่นต่อ จากหาดที่เราอยู่ไม่กี่ก้าวจะเป็นร้าน อาหารที่มีเตียงผ้าใบปูยื่นออกไป สู่ชายหาด เป็นร้านอาหารที่แบ่ง เขตหาดเนเชอรีสท์แบบครอบครัว และหาดแก้ผ้าเสรี พอเดินพ้นร้าน อาหารมา สิง่ ทีเ่ ราเห็นคือ คนแก้ผา้
ดูไปท�ำตัวเองไปด้วยก็ไม่ว่ากัน คู่นี้ เสร็จก็ไปดูคู่ใหม่ โอว์.. มึน..
นอนอาบแดดมากมาย นอนเกลือ่ น ชายหาด บางคนนอนเป็นคู่ บางคน นอนเดีย่ ว บางคูน่ อนเป็นกลุม่ บาง คูไ่ ม่ได้นอน แต่ทำ� กิจกรรม และก็มี บางคนไปยืนดูคเู่ ขาท�ำกัน ในขณะที่ ยืนดูบางคนก็ทำ� ตัวเองไปด้วย หาก ใครเคยดูหนังโป๊ คงจะนึกภาพออก ว่าท�ำอะไรกัน แต่ทหี่ าดนีไ้ ม่ได้มแี ค่ คูเ่ ดียว มันมีหลายคูม่ าก ต่างคน ต่างท�ำ ทัง้ คูห่ ญิงชาย คูเ่ กย์ แล้ว ก็มผี คู้ นนัง่ ดู นอนดู หรือยืนดูตาม อัธยาศัย OMG! ตอนแรกก็ตกใจไม่กล้าดู แกล้งหัน หน้าออกดูทะเล ในขณะที่สายตายัง ช�ำเลืองมอง โอ๊ะ! ตาลาย ในที่สุด เราก็เดินมาถึงสุดชายหาดของชาว เนเชอริสท์ ที่นี่มีป้ายภาษาฝรั่งเศส ว่า สุดเขตชาวเนเชอรีสท์ ซึ่งอีก ด้านของป้ายนี้จะเขียนว่า เข้าเขตนี้ จะเป็นเขตของชาวเนเชอรีสท์ เลย จากป้ายนี้ไป จะเป็นหาดของกลุ่ม ที่ใส่เสื้อผ้าเล่นน�้ำ หรือบางคนก็ แก้แค่ส่วนบน จ�ำนวนประชากร ของชายหาดใส่เสื้อผ้า กับหาดของ ชาวแนวเนเชอรีสท์แบบครอบครัว
พอเดินกลับมาถึงหาดของชาวเน เชอรีสท์ เราก็มานอนเล่นอาบแดด และเริ่มถกปัญหาในสิ่งที่เราเจอ มา สุดท้ายเราก็สรุปได้ว่าเราจะ ไม่ให้สมาคมไทยแลนด์เนเชอริสท์ เป็นแบบนี้ ยืนยันจะไม่ให้มีส่วน เกี่ยวข้องกับเรื่องเซ็กส์ใดๆทั้งสิ้น เราพอใจในสิ่งที่เป็นตอนนี้ไม่ต้อง หวือหวามากมาย

ใต้ฐานราวนมลงมาถึงสะดือแล้ว โค้งเป็นปีกปล่อยหางไปข้างหลัง คล้ายหางนักมายากล เธอใส่รอง เท้าบู๊ทส้นสูงสีแดงยาวถึงเข่า ดูเด่น สะดุดตา แต่ที่ท�ำให้หัวใจหยุดเต้น ณ ตอนนั้น คือ เธอเว้นช่วงว่างไว้ ตรงกลาง ตั้งแต่ใต้สะดือถึงรองเท้า บู๊ท เธอไม่ใส่อะไรเลย.. Naturist tourism in Thailand up 25 percent in 2019 Naturist tourism in Thailand showed a 25 percent growth in the first eight months of 2019 compared to same period Jan-Aug in 2018. By Gregers Moller Statistics collected by Naturist Association Thailand from all the naturist resorts in Thailand shows, that there were 6.023 naturist rooms sold during the first eight months of 2019. That was 1.164 more rooms than at the same time last year. Clearly, naturist tourism in Thailand is expanding healthily, although the expansion has slowed down this year compared to the year before. That year, in 2018, the growth rate was 45 percent. And the year before that - in 2017 - the growth rate was even 80 percent. Currently, Thailand has only seven naturist resorts. If we keep our current moderate growth rate, we can forecast the need for an additional capacity of 2.200 room nights for naturists in 2020. To expand the capacity, Naturist Association Thailand participated in the spring 2019 in the “Thai Tieaw Thai�exhibition in Bangkok. The purpose was among others to network with the various regions of Tourism Authority of Thailand, who also had booths at the exhibition, to ask for their help in locating potential resorts in their region or province, that might be suitable for changing market to being a naturist resort. They would typically be small to medium sized resorts, located relatively isolated from the mainstream tourism areas and suffering from the current downward trend for European, American and Australian tourists. New potential naturist resorts are being evaluated by the board of Naturist Association Thailand on an individual basis and sign in case of approval a contract which binds

Yoga practice is easy to try for both women and men. Nowadays, there are more and more Yoga schools to support high demand in big cities, where people are more concerned about physical health and beauty while also give extra attention to body and mind wellbalance to gain mentality strength. However, there is another level of Yoga, the kind that helps us easier to reach natural touch and appreciation, which bring to us relaxation and healthiness — a nude Yoga. Those ascetics always practices Yoga to maintain health and calm the mind, and such is the way nude Yoga started. The most important concept in Yoga is to realise and accept the true of who you really are, which is part of natural therapy in general. Yoga is acceptance of one own self and gives chance for forgiveness because “every seconds means new beginning”. Once we open up for everything, the goods would come up automatically without forcing or trying too much.

Taking good care of ones self begins with what thoughts one has on him/ herself. Yoga can help reaching that point, especially nude Yoga in which one has to be open-minded and truly honest. Staying naked in the eyes of others without negative attitude to ones own self would mean more self-respect to the true self inside with no kinds of pretending. The more we get to this, the easier it becomes neutral.
At some point, social value teaches us to hate ourselves; if we get slimmer, we would look prettier. This, in contrast, is opposite to Yoga that leads us to examine ourselves; this is our own body, we love it and take care of it as best as we can. Thus, being totally self-accepted by standing naked in front of the nude Yoga group means high level of self-awareness, and much self-confident feeling would come up afterwards. Yoga is more than a way to do exercise, it’s art. Then again, some may interpret nude Yoga into sexual embodiment even the message is far from that. It would take time for Thai people, but we have now a group of people to make a turn. It cannot be fully 100 percent in the society because “beauty and art is in the eyes of the beholder”. Don’t misunderstand that high level of Yoga practice means to master the difficult Yoga postures like touching forehead with feet or so. Less can do much good. Ultimate goal in Yoga is when one can realise and truly become part of the whole universe. Movement from one posture to another is just one thing, but evaluating good Yoga in person should be in how a person performs in and out breathings and gain full concentration at one particular moment of practicing. To be mindful throughout the whole process of practicing is much more important. When one is on simple sitting posture, but has full awareness of in and out breathings, calm thought and positives

เหมือนกับการใช้ชีวิตของเขา พอใจ เชื่อมั่นในตัวเอง ไม่ว่าใครจะพูดยัง พอเพียง มีความสุขกับตัวเอง นั่น ไงก็ไม่สำ�คัญแล้ว เพราะข้างในเรา คือขั้นสูงสุดของโยคะ สำ�คัญที่สุด สำ�หรับหลายคน โยคะเข้ามาช่วย ทำ�ให้มีสติกลับมาหาตัวเองเร็วขึ้น ทำ�ให้เราอยู่กับลมหายใจเราตลอด เข้า-ออก เพราะฉะนั้นมันจะทำ�ให้ เรากลับมาดูจิตใจตัวเอง คิดยังไง เป็นยังไงอยู่….พอกลับมาหาตัวเอง ข้างนอกไม่ว่าเหตุการณ์จะเป็นยังไง ก็ไม่สามารถทำ�ร้ายเราได้ มันคือ การเข้าใจตัวเองสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้ ตัวเองได้อย่างดี ถ้าเกิดว่าข้างใน เรารากฐานมั่นคง เราเข้าใจตัวเอง
ทุกอย่างในชีวิตเริ่มจากตัวเราเอง อย่างนั้นถ้าภายในจิตใจเราดี เรา คิดบวก ทุกอย่างก็จะบวก บวก บวกไปด้วย เรื่องการดูแลตัวเองก็ เหมือนกัน ต้องเริ่มจากความคิดที่ เรามีต่อตัวเอง โยคะจะช่วยพาเรา ไปถึงจุดนั้น ยิ่งโยคะนู้ดที่เราต้อง เปิดใจเปลือยทั้งหมดให้คนอื่นเห็น ด้วยแล้ว ก็ยิ่งทำ�ให้เรารักในความ เป็นตัวเองที่ไม่ปรุงแต่งอะไร ถ้า ผ่านจุดนี้ไปได้ทุกอย่างก็ง่ายแล้ว.

Naturist promotion in Thai Theaw Thai Fair By P’Pooh Looking back, it was the last week of June while I was working in the office. The phone rang and the voice at the other end of line was my boss, strongly insisting his intention to set a promotion booth at Thai Theaw Thai Fair. I told myself it’s going to be big. If we didn’t try hard enough, we would not know for sure what success this opportunity could provide. So, first step first and the next would follow. After the final decision was made, I contacted the organising company who arranged this big tourism promotional event for the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Luckily enough, there was one booth, the 43th, available at a good corner of the venue.

Company staff: “Please give your company’s name and business type.” Me: “It’s Naturist and the its service is about tourism and resort. Company staff: “I want to make sure you have Permission of Tourism Business and the Commercial Registration.” Me: “Yes, we have everything properly. My company gives a new concept of tourism services. We offer traveling to new attractive places, spending times there without wearing clothes, but not involve in any kind of sexual activity. We focus mainly on getting into natural surrounding and
natural appreciations. Please let me send to you the brochure so you can consider if our naturist tourism can be included in the Fair for promotion.” The company staff was for about five seconds speechless, and finally said to have a details discussion with her supervisor first. About an hour went by in anticipation. Then the company staff sent back an email saying that we could be in the Fair after being examined in all aspects and full details. All kind of promotion materials to use in the booth had to be reviewed by authority. Even after being accepted, when talking among our members, many of us were
surprised still, and seemed not to believe that everything was going on well before the Fair started. On June 27th, the first day began with not many visitors due to the working day it was. The overall atmosphere was acceptable. We made a slide show combining of various past-activities photos. It gained more and more attention from the gallery. Many of them stopped by to observe with quite surprised expression in the faces; some were dare enough to ask questions; some walked around and just looked in; a man enjoyed watching the monitor with attention, but not so much show in expression because of the young girlfriend beside him; a young girl walked away with red cheek seeing the series of activity photographs and details; a woman showed her big surprise and proclaimed “have like this also in Thailand!”. It’s quite normal that people reacted differently toward naturism depending on their background because it’s rather a new tourism concept in Thailand. A foreigner came by into the booth and gave his appreciation to us, insisted that it’s totally new in this country and admired so much for this challenged attempt we’re working on. On June 28th, the nearby booths from some resorts felt more comfortable to ask and chat with us more in details. They admitted that it’s an interesting and challenging product to try, and seemed to go along well for many resorts who had not so good performances in the first half of year. Some wanted to

open up new chances and welcomed more potential naturism-lovers to give visits. Today’s feedbacks were also very positive from Thai group, many of whom revealed that they used to be in some kind of naked group abroad such as in Great British or France, and they were so excited to know it’s getting popular in Thailand. On June 29th, the third day of Fair and Saturday, many people came to the Fair venue, and so more also came to our Naturist booth. They started to ask more questions, took back the brochures and exchanged many great ideas about this new tourism experience while we ensured them the high security and privacy respect at all time in participating our naturist future programmes. Some of them decided at that point to become a new member so to receive a special promotion package of membership and booking. On June 30th, the last day, it was the most visited day at the event and we planned to get into people the most as well. We distributed a lot of brochures, gave many times advices of naturist

stopped by and encouraged us here at the Fair. This gave us great energy and confidence to move on and make naturism widely spread as another tourism choice in this country. Having been part of Thai Theaw Thai Fair this time, it becomes clear to us that naturists are not stand-alone group of people with some kind of alienation in the community any more. Naturism concept is well accepted. It’s clear that many people are looking for chances to try, only right timing and supportive occasion that they are waiting for.

งานไทยเที่ยวไทย สมาชิกบางคน อาจจะแอบกังวลใจ ว่าจะมีปัญหา อะไรหรือเปล่า แต่ทุกอย่างผ่านไป ได้ด้วยดี เริ่มงานวันแรก วันที่ 27 มิถุนายน 2562 วันเริ่มจัดงานวันแรก คนจะไม่ ค่อยเยอะ เพราะว่าเป็นวันท�ำงาน บรรยากาศในงานยังไม่ได้คึกคัก มากนัก เราได้รวบรวมภาพ กิจกรรมต่างๆ มาท�ำเป็นสไลด์โชว์ ก็เรียกความสนใจกับคนที่เข้ามา ร่วมในงาน หลายคนเข้ามาดูแล้ว เดินผ่านไปแบบ งงๆ สงสัย บาง คนก็กล้าเข้ามาถาม บางคนเดิน วนหลายรอบแล้วแอบมอง ผู้ชาย บางคนแอบจ้องหน้าจออย่างสนใจ แต่เพราะมากับแฟนสาวจึงไม่กล้า แสดงออกมากนัก บางคนพอเข้าไป พูดคุยทายทักเอามือทาบอกแล้วก็ เดินหนีไปด้วยความเขิน บางคน ก็ผงะด้วยความตกใจ พร้อมกับ อุทานว่า อุ๊ย!! มีแบบนี้ด้วยเหรอใน เมืองไทย

ซึ่งก็ไม่แปลกที่หลายคนแสดงมีปฎิ กิริยาตอบรับต่างกัน ขึ้นอยู่กับ ความรู้พื้นฐานแต่ละคน เพราะ เรื่องแบบนี้ ยังเป็นเรื่องใหม่ส�ำหรับ เมืองไทย
ไปเปลือยกายที่ต่างประเทศ เช่น ที่อังกฤษ ฝรั่งเศส และพวกเขาไม่ ทราบว่าที่เมืองไทยมีแล้ว สร้าง ความตื่นเต้นและเป็นการเปิดมุม มองให้กว้างมากขึ้นในสังคมไทย
มีชาวต่างชาติยุโรปท่านหนึ่งเข้ามา ในบูธเพื่อพูดคุย เขาค่อนข้างแปลก ใจ และเพิ่งทราบว่าเนเชอรีสท์มีใน เมืองไทยแล้ว เขาบอกว่าค่อนข้าง เป็นเรื่องใหม่ในเมืองไทยมาก และ แสดงความชื่นชมในความกล้าของ เนเชอรีสท์ที่มาออกบูธในครั้งนี้
วันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2562 เป็นวันที่ 3 ของการจัดงานและ เป็นวันเสาร์ วันนี้คนเยอะ คึกคัก เป็นพิเศษ บูธของเนเชอรีสท์ก็ เช่นกัน มีคนสนใจมากขึ้น เข้ามา สอบถาม เข้ามาหยิบแผ่นพับ ได้ มีโอกาสพูดคุยแลกเปลี่ยนทัศนคติ และสร้างความเข้าใจของการเป็น เนเชอรีสท์ให้คนที่สนใจฟัง ให้ ความเชื่อมั่นว่ามาที่รีสอร์ทจะ ปลอดภัยบางคนตัดสินใจเป็น สมาชิกที่ในงานเพราะได้รับสิทธิ พิเศษจากการเป็นสมาชิกและการ จองห้องพัก
วันที่ 28 มิถุนายน 2562 รีสอร์ทที่ร่วมออกบูธในงาน เริ่ม กล้าเข้ามาถามและคุยว่าแนวคิดน่า สนใจ เป็นโปรดักส์ใหม่ที่น่าลอง เพราะมีรีสอร์ทหลายแห่งที่มีผล ประกอบการไม่ค่อยดีตั้งแต่ครึ่งปี แรก มองหาสิ่งแปลกใหม่เพื่อมาน�ำ เสนอลูกค้า บางที่ยินดีให้ชาว เนเชอรีสท์แวะไปเยี่ยมชม ซึ่งนับว่า เป็นโอกาสที่ดี วันนี้มีการตอบรับที่ ดีขึ้น ผู้เข้าชมพบว่ามีหลายคนเคย
วันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2562 เป็นวันสุดท้าย วันนี้คนเยอะมาก เป็นพิเศษ เราตั้งใจจะเข้าถึงคน ให้มากที่สุด ด้วยการแจกแผ่นพับ
แนะน�ำรีสอร์ทที่มีกระจายอยู่ทั้ง ในกรุงเทพและต่างจังหวัด หลาย คนถึงแม้จะเป็นสิ่งใหม่ส�ำหรับเขา แต่ก็ฟังอย่างตั้งใจ และอยากมา สัมผัสบรรยากาศจริง แต่ที่แปลก ใจมากคือ มีหลายคนที่เข้าใจและ เคยได้ยินการใช้ชีวิตแบบเนเชอรีสท์ แม้กระทั่งบางคนก็เคยเห็นคุณเกรก ออกรายการในทีวี และยังคงจดจ�ำ ได้ และที่ส�ำคัญเรายังมีสมาชิกรุ่น แรกๆแวะเวียนมาให้ก�ำลังใจไม่ขาด สาย ท�ำให้เรามีพลังใจที่ดีพร้อมที่ จะก้าวต่อไป จากงานวันสุดท้ายท�ำให้รู้ได้ ว่า เราไม่ได้รู้สึกโดดเดี่ยว สังคม ยอมรับเพิ่มขึ้น และไม่ได้มองว่า เรามีความคิดแปลกแยก เรายังมี เพื่อนๆสมาชิก อีกหลายคนที่คอย สนับสนุนความคิดแบบนี้ ทั้งที่เปิด เผย และไม่เปิดเผย รวมทั้งคนที่ อยากจะใช้ชีวิตอยากเปลือยกาย สัมผัสธรรมชาติ แต่ยังไม่มีโอกาส และยังไม่มีความพร้อม แค่รอ จังหวะของชีวิตเท่านั้น
นับได้ว่าการออกบูธของงานไทย เที่ยวไทยครั้งนี้ นอกจากบูธของ สมาคมเรา จะเป็นสีสันและกล้า น�ำเสนอการท่องเที่ยวแบบใหม่ แล้ว ยังถือได้ว่าเป็นความส�ำเร็จ ระดับหนึ่ง ที่สามารถน�ำเสนอการ ใช้ชีวิตแบบเปลือยกายออกสู่สายตา
สาธารณชน ให้เป็นทางเลือกใน การผ่อนคลายด้วยพลังธรรมชาติ บ�ำบัดได้อีกด้วย เพื่อสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิตที่ดี เชิญมาร่วมป็นชาวเนเชอรีสท์กัน นะคะ

A touch of nature: How Thai people should truly understand naturism By “Khonthaithanlok” Since my childhood until now, what I’m looking for is equality, freedom and confidence in myself. I truly believe that millions of Thai people are doing the same. However, it seems that many of us are still clinging in circular opinions and doubts about the topic how equality can occur, what boundary the freedom lays across, and how one can gain true confidence from within. I find the answer in naturism which is a concept of living, existing in centuries ago in different countries worldwide, not excluding Thailand. Let me explain the ideas so we can get closer to this. Ways of people in the past Since Greek and Roman eras, wearing of little cloths is commonly practiced
among people around the world to accommodate the weather conditions and flexible daily life. The ancient Olympic athletes used just light fabric to gain easy movement of the body. Sometimes, we could see in some aged portraits the Greek senators wearing Toga or loose cloths. Also, sculptures in those days emphasizing male or female beautiful body shapes are commonly found such as the famous Venus de Milo and David. In many countries, people’s life-style without clothes is normally acceptable as a cultural part in appropriate occasions. Japan in the past, for example, has local On-zen baths where men and women are bathing in the same group - a creative community activity to gain unity and open-mind among people. In contrast, Thai
people seem shy and uncomfortable being among themselves that way in their own communities, but they are more open and confident in these clothes free environments when abroard like being on vacation and trying On-zen bathing in Japan. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, the Thermal Bath culture has been decent for a long time. Finland has a very famous hot spring bathing and sauna tradition that participants would do together naked in the same area. Naturism in these countries is commonly practiced for a long time in history. Its development is based on a social value that human beings are from mother nature, and the bodyparts are just natural elements that one shouldn’t be shameful of.

to increase risk of breast cancer. Exercise without clothes gives a more relaxed atmosphere. Open-up new vision, be openminded and releaved from all kinds of pressure. It gives more confidence, pride of body, and self esteem. It lowers the level of depressive disorder and gives positive view points in life. Creates the feeling of participation while being with people practising naturism. Improves connectivity feeling directly to natural environments. You will find new friend who
are honest and sincere, observing from the fact that everyone is not hiding true nature of ones own self. 11. Explore new places of attraction. 12. New social connection with people thinking positively and from every level of society. As for an example, everyone have tried to walk naked from their shower room to their bed room in daily life. Most will admit that it’s a free and comfortable feeling. The question is, why on earth we cannot extend this great moment further — walking comfortably into the living room or having the sunlight cover your body in the backyard? For me, I am in heavy suits with neckties for more than 20 years while working in the office, and this makes me have the office syndrome that causes pain in the shoulders. I would surely grab the above mentioned points for being healthy and a great balance. We need to consider the context. There are many situations where people are naked or partly naked which have nothings to do with sex or any inappropriate activity. A mother is breastfeeding her child, a doctor assists a woman during child-birth, or a film maker creating a nude scene. They don’t have any sexual thoughts because the context is different. Or the artist drawing nude picture, it’s truly a real art. I emphasize that the concept of naturism as a way of life without clothes without getting involved with physical attachment or sex is possible
in real practice. It is based on the basic idea that human body is just natural parts, and the fundamental context of naturism is to feel the touch of Mother Nature for wellness
balances not only for good health but also other conditions such as being calm in the mind or released from adherence as well. In Thailand, contradictions seem a common thing in social context: there are nudity shows and allurements are wide spread for a long time, but a positive atitude to nakedness in the sense of naturism, which leads to healthiness and relaxation, is limited to a small group of people. Right perception of things is important. I do believe that Thai people are openminded towards naturism and would encourage society to give space for diversity, and good health of both physical and spiritual nature.

ตั้งแต่เล็กจนโต สิ่งที่ผมแสวงหาคือ ความเท่าเทียม ความเป็นอิสระ และความมั่นใจ และผมเชื่อว่า คน ไทยหลายล้านคน คิดเหมือนกับผม แต่ยังคงหลงทางอยู่ในวงจร และ ยังคิดไม่ตกว่า ความเท่าเทียมจะ เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไร ความเป็นอิสระ มีขอบเขตที่ไหน และจะสร้างความ มั่นใจจากแก่นแท้ได้อย่างไร ผมพบค�ำตอบใน “ธรรมชาติสัมผัส” หรือเนเชอริซึ่ม (naturism) ซึ่งเป็น แนวคิดที่มีมาเป็นร้อยปีในประเทศ ต่างๆ ทั่วโลก รวมถึงประเทศไทย จะลองเล่าให้ฟังนะครับ เพื่อให้คน ไทยเข้าใจแนวคิดนี้ ร่างกายและการด�ำเนินชีวิตของ คนทั่วโลกตั้งแต่อดีตกาล ตั้งแต่สมัยกรีกโบราณ และ อาณาจักรโรมัน การนุ่งน้อยห่ม น้อยเป็นเรื่องปกติ เพราะสภาพ

Best time to visit Thailand has a hot and tropical climate so you’ll be pleased to be able to take off your clothes during your visit. The dry months from November to February are particularly cooler in the evenings while from June to August you’ll probably be spending most of your time in a pool. The rain seasons from April to June and September to October give you the chance to see a much greener Thailand and often it doesn’t rain more than a couple of heavy showers a day. The weather does vary on either sides of the peninsula, so often it’s enough to move from the Gulf to the Andaman coast or vice versa to escape a bad forecast.

The biggest health risk for the average visitor to Thailand is probably traveler’s diarrhea and food poisoning. Two diseases you’ll just have to sit through, just make sure to drink a lot of water.
