Side skirts. Apart from enhancing the truck’s custom look, these side skirts also improve air flow and stability, as well as reduce fuel consumption.

Air deflectors. Choose among a wide range of air deflectors for the roof, sides, and doors. All add to a smoother ride, better fuel efficiency, and a more solid look.

AERODYNAMICS

Air deflectors

Roof Roof air deflector that is adjustable for various body heights. The truck must be equipped with a roof rail, see part numbers 1408241 and 1376694. With the roof air deflector, you not only present a more dynamic appearance but your air resistance is lowered, which in turn lowers fuel consumption. The range of adjustments for the roof air deflector means that an optimum aerodynamic solution is possible for all trucks.

Side Side air deflectors that are easy to adjust and suitable for both tractors and rigids. Folds away on tractors to permit convenient access to the catwalk. With the side air deflectors you lower air resistance and in turn also lower your fuel consumption. The range of adjustments for the side air deflectors means that an optimum aerodynamic solution is possible for all trucks.

Side skirts

Extensions Profile in aluminium with rubber extension to further reduce air drag with side air deflectors. With ancillary extensions the air is led even more effectively along the sides of the vehicle. Air resistance is further reduced, which lowers fuel consumption. A lower fuel consumption is a benefit to the environent and improves your operating economy.

Battery chargers

Battery reconditioners

Compact 24 V Avoid drained batteries, the cost of jump starts and extend your battery life. The compact 24 V battery charger is easy and safe to install with the calix plug-and-play system and the included mounting plate. Power cord not included. Guaranteed EMC approved levels. IP65.

Modern vehicles with advanced electrical control systems require a fully charged battery. Particularly for short driving distances. A fully charged battery does lasts longer.

To guarantee sufficient power in the batteries we have developed a Scania adapted 24 V battery charger kit. The charger is intended for rechargeable lead batteries with a capacity larger than 24Ah, and it is approved for fixed installation (IP65) in motor vehicles with 24 V electrical systems. No need to unscrew the battery's cell plugs or to detach the battery cables when charging. Dimensioned to charge at low temperatures. The instructions from the battery manufacturer on maintenance, refilling distilled water, cleaning and similar must be followed. Scania's battery charger kit contains all the components required for a simple installation. The mains power lead (1423904, 5 metres with EU plug; 1447109, 15 metres with EU plug, and 2152701, 5 metres with UK plug) is not included.

Canadus battery reconditioner Extend the service life of your batteries. This battery reconditioner prevents the harmful sulphating process from starting on new batteries. Battery related issues causes a lot of problems and are costly for our customers.

In many cases these issues are due to a sulphated battery.

When a battery has started the sulphating process it becomes less able to charge. It will also empty faster than a non-sulphated battery. Also, a sulphated battery will not give the vehicle enough starting power and the need for assistance will be more frequent. In the longer term the lack of power will affect the generator. Lack of battery maintenance in terms of charging and ensuring proper water levels, will quicken the sulphating process. More than 50% of the rolling fleet experience battery-related problems within a period of three years from when the battery was new. Battery problems are costly but can be prevented. By sending out pulses, the battery reconditioner prevents the harmful sulphating process from starting.

The battery reconditioner prolongs the life of the battery, increasing the professional transporter's reliability by eliminating expensive costs for downtime and inability to meet commitments due to battery problems. The battery reconditioner can be used for all types of 12V and 24V lead-acid batteries. The battery reconditioner does not harm the vehicle's electronic equipment or other installed devices connected to the battery. Combine the battery reconditioner with a battery charger and you will keep up your professional reliability by eliminating battery problems. For best results install the battery reconditioner on new batteries.

Wall mounted The TV mount is developed with the Scania cab in mind to guarantee safety and comfort. The TV must not be larger than 19 inches and support VESA 75 standards.

Fits the CR19H and CR19T cabs produced after September 2009. The TV bracket should be mounted above the passenger door so that it is visible from both the bed and the driver's seat. The bracket is such that the mounted TV set can be tilted both horizontally and vertically, the bracket does not supply power. The TV is mounted to the bracket with a VESA 75 connector which is standard on most TVs up to 19 inches or 6 pounds. Our recommendation is not to install a TV bigger than 19 inches as this will block the storage shelf.
