It contains toi let supports, a single-lever tap, an easily accessible shower (optional in 240) and a separate technical room. The chassis is low to lower the angle of the ramp making it accessible for independant wheelchair users.
The trailer has a stylish design, which gives the user a feeling of more space, cleanliness and comfort. It uses LED lighting for a pleasant white and energy friendly light. The trailer is fully insulated with XPS foam and has ventilation, and optional air conditioning which make it comfortable to stay in all year round.
OUTSTANDING BUILD QUALITY
SINGLE PIECE CAST ROOF
All Scanvogn’s units are supplied with a fully cast roof. This ensures a tight carriage in all weather conditions and significantly increases the service life. The roof is cast with an even curvature for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof has a gutter system which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.
STRONG CONSTRUCTION
All external walls are cut out with a seam and positioned so that the angle closes down tightly around the floor. The corners are also cut out with a seam and assembled with strong anodized alumi num profiles. All in all, this results in a wagon with maximum strength and density, which ensures the highest quality.
EXCEPTIONAL PROTECTION
FULLY GALVANISED
Scanvogn allows only the highest standards in protection against corrosion. All our trailers are supplied with a strong hot-dip galvanized chassis. The galvanization is carried out only after the chas sis has been mechanically machined, which means that all edges and bolt holes are also galvanized.
LONGER SERVICE LIFE
There are other products on the market where the galvanization is done before the mechanical processing, resulting in exposed edges and holes. This increases the chance of corrosion and results in a shorter service life. Scanvogn has examples of 25-year-old trailers without particular corrosion.
USE & EFFICIENCY
INCREASED ACCESSIBILITY
The accessible trailer is supplied as standard in two different sizes with and without a shower. Most trailers have a technical room at the front or at the side at the entrance. Extra facilities can be added such as a shower bed and ceiling crane. The trailer can be built on a lowerable chassis to minimize the angle of the access ramp.
EASY TO USE, QUICK TO CLEAN
The trailer is connected to a standard 50mm trailer hitch and can be set up and ready in a few minutes. This makes it possible to move the cart from place to place quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The trolley is made of easy-to-clean and durable materials, which save time on cleaning and main tenance.

OPTIONS
One of the biggest advantages of a trailer from Scanvogn is the high degree of flexibility in the form of customized solutions. We produce the majority of all components ourselves and work closely with our suppliers to develop parts that optimize quality, design and functionality.
The result is that Scanvogn can offer a wide range of attractive configurations within sanitation, decontamination, residential, office and kitchen, which meet most of our customers’ needs. We therefore always aim to involve customers in the drawing process in order to achieve the greatest satisfaction.
Scanvogn, for example, gives the customer the opportunity to choose between 4 different toilet solutions based on water consumption, decor and comfort. The solutions include water-flushing toilets with and without macerators, water-saving Jets Vacuum toilets, independent tank toilets and combustion toilets.
The majority of Scanvogn’s trailers can be built to be fully or partially self-sufficient with water and sewage tanks, solar cells, batteries and gas. The capacity of water, electricity and gas can be adjusted as needed. Our smallest tank toilet, for example, has a capacity for 200 visits, while our toilet house can handle up to 1,500 visits before it needs to be emptied.
