FEATURES

The 2in1 toilet trailer is a perfect solution when there is a need for a simple toilet solution with room for more than one person. This is especially useful if there is a need for a men’s and women’s toilet for events. The trailer is equipped with LED light strips for a pleasant white and energy-friendly light.

In most cases, the trailer is supplied with water-flushing toilets with a macerator or tank toilets. If remote use is an important factor, vacuum toilets can be installed, which save up to 90% water compared to an ordinary toilet and have the capability for high capacity onboard tanks.

An optional external urinal can be fitted.

OUTSTANDING BUILD QUALITY

FULLY CAST SINGLE PIECE ROOF

All Scanvogn’s units are supplied with a fully cast roof. This ensures a sealed trailer in all weather conditions and significantly increases the service life. The roof is cast with an even curvature for optimal strength and water drainage. The roof has a gutter system which helps direct water and dirt away from doors and windows.

REINFORCED EDGES & JOINTS

All outer walls are cut with rabbet joints and placed so the grooves completely cover the edges of the floor. Likewise, corners are cut and glued together with rabbet joints and strengthened with anodized aluminum profiles. This maximizes structural integrity and tightness to ensure the highest quality.

EXCEPTIONAL PROTCTION

FULLY GALVANISED

We only accept the highest standards in protection against corrosion. All our trailers are supplied with a strong hot-dip galvanized chassis. The galvanization is carried out only after the chassis has been machined, which means that all edges and bolt holes are also galvanized, leaving no area unprotected.

LONGER LIFE EXPECTANCY

There are other products on the market where the galvanization is done before the mechanical processing, resulting in exposed edges and holes. This increases the chance of corrosion and results in a shorter service life. Scanvogn has examples of 25-year-old trailers without particular corrosion

The 2in1 toilet trailer is often used in connection with renovation and construction as well as for smaller outdoor events. With four different toilet types, it can be easily adapted to all situations. The trailer weighs only 750 kg, so people smaller passenger vehicles are able to tow the trailer and have access to a lightweight solution that covers every toilet need.

EASY TO USE, QUICK TO CLEAN

The trailer is connected to a standard trailer hitch and can be set up and ready in a few minutes. This makes it possible to move the trailer from place to place quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The trolley is made of easy-to-clean and durable materials, which save time on cleaning and maintenance.

OPTIONS

One of the biggest advantages of a trolley from Scanvogn is the high degree of flexibility in the form of customized solutions. We produce the majority of all components ourselves and work closely with our suppliers to develop parts that optimize quality, design and functionality.

The result is that Scanvogn can offer a wide range of attractive configurations within sanitation, decontamination, residential, office and kitchen, which meet most of our customers’ needs. We therefore always aim to involve customers in the drawing process in order to achieve the greatest satisfaction.

Scanvogn, for example, gives the customer the opportunity to choose between 4 different toilet solutions based on water consumption, decor and comfort. The solutions include water-flushing toilets with and without grinders, water-saving vacuum toilets, independent tank toilets and combustion toilets.

The majority of Scanvogn’s wagons can be built to be fully or partially self-sufficient with water and sewage tanks, solar cells, batteries and gas. The capacity of water, electricity and gas can be adjusted as needed. Our smallest tank toilet, for example, has a capacity for 200 visits, while our toilet house can handle up to 1,500 visits before it needs to be emptied.
