EXPLORING THE FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES IN THE NORDICS Welcome to the Nordic Private Equity Forum – a yearly gathering bringing together stakeholders from the Nordic and UK-based asset management communities. This year, we will be hearing from a great line-up of speakers, from a range of fund managers and institutional investors, sharing their perspectives on the Nordic private equity market, and how it is remaining one of the most active ones in Europe – despite a turbulent last 18 months. Today, we will dive into the drive for a fossil free future, ESG innovation and NetZero in light of Britain hosting COP26. How is Nordic private equity working with sustainability and impact? What role does the asset management industry actually have to play, and what is the role of the institutional investors? This, and much more will be discussed in this evening’s programme. We would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our sponsors, our venue host White & Case, as well as our partnering Nordic Private Equity & Venture Capital Associations. The Swedish Chamber of Commerce is a platform for businesses to grow and develop, and connect across the North Sea. We have helped businesses since 1906, and will continue to do so by representing, inspiring and promoting our members, extending commercial relations between our countries, and delivering first-class services and events – such as this evening’s forum. Peter Sandberg Chief Executive Swedish Chamber of Commerce for the UK
