ANNEX Important Notices: Steps for submission of Pre-registration, Proxy & Questions Forms 1) Submission of Pre-registration Form Members must pre-register by submitting the Pre-Registration Form. 2) Submission of Proxy Form Members who pre-register to observe and listen to the AGM proceedings and wish to vote on the items on the Agenda to be tabled at the AGM must appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy to speak and vote on their behalf at the AGM, in accordance with the instructions on the Proxy Form. 3) Submission of Questions in advance and during AGM Proceedings Members are strongly encouraged to submit their questions in advance of the AGM. Submission of Questions: Members can submit questions pertaining to the items on the Agenda to be tabled at the AGM to the Chairman of the Meeting, in advance of the AGM, in the following manner: (a) At Pre-Registration: Members who pre-register to observe and listen to the AGM proceedings may submit their questions at the point of pre-registration. (b) Via Questions Form: Members may submit their questions by completing the Questions Form. AGM Proceedings: We will endeavour to address substantial and relevant questions received from Members during the AGM via live audio-visual webcast. However, as there may not be sufficient time to address all such questions during the AGM itself, we may send our responses to members via email prior to the AGM. A single response may be provided to similar / overlapping questions. 4) Submission of Forms In view of the current COVID-19 situation and the related safe distancing measures, Members are strongly encouraged to submit their Pre-registration Form, Questions Form & Proxy Form electronically. All forms must be duly signed by the Member and to reach Financial Board by 18 February 2022, 11.59 pm via the following manner: (a) by e-mail to leekeng@sccci.org.sg / jowell@sccci.org.sg; or (b) by Post to 9 Jurong Town Hall Road #04-01, Trade Association Hub, Jurong Town Hall, Singapore 609431 Financial Board shall be entitled to reject any or all of the Forms if they are improperly completed, not signed or illegible or when the true intentions of the Member are not ascertainable from the instructions of the Member specified in the Forms. Following verification, Members will receive an email by 23 February 2022. The email will contain meeting ID and password details as well as the link to access the live audio-visual webcast of the AGM proceedings. Members who do not receive an email by 24 February 2022 but have registered before the deadline should contact Ng Lee Keng or Jowell Wong at leekeng@sccci.org.sg / jowell@sccci.org.sg or call 63378381.
