Appendix 1 Important Notices: Steps for submission of Pre-registration, Proxy & Questions Forms 1) Submission of Pre-registration Form Authorised Representatives must pre-register by submitting the Pre-Registration Form to enable SCCCI to verify their status as an Authorised Representative of the company. Any requests to change the Authorised Representative before the AGM would only be updated after 25 February 2022. 2) Submission of Proxy Form Authorised Representatives who pre-register to observe and listen to the AGM proceedings and wish to vote on the items on the Agenda to be tabled at the AGM must appoint the Chairman of the Meeting as their proxy to speak and vote on their behalf at the AGM, in accordance with the instructions on the Proxy Form. 3) Submission of Questions in advance and during AGM Proceedings Authorised Representatives are strongly encouraged to submit their questions in advance of the AGM. Submission of Questions: Authorised Representatives can submit questions pertaining to the Agenda to be tabled at the AGM to the Chairman of the Meeting, in advance of the AGM, in manner: (a) At Pre-Registration: Authorised Representatives who pre-register to observe and listen proceedings may submit their questions at the point of pre-registration. AGM Proceedings: We will endeavour to address substantial and relevant questions received from Authorised Representatives during the AGM via live audio-visual webcast. However, as there may not be sufficient time to address all such questions during the AGM itself, we will send our responses to members via email prior to the AGM. A single response may be provided to similar / overlapping questions. 4) Submission of Forms In view of the current COVID-19 situation and the related safe distancing measures, Authorised Representatives are strongly encouraged to submit their Pre-registration Form, Questions Form & Proxy Form electronically. All forms must be duly signed by the Authorised Representative and to reach SCCCI by 14 February 2022, 11.59 pm via the following manner: (a) by e-mail to agm@sccci.org.sg; or (b) by Post to 9 Jurong Town Hall Road #04-01, Trade Association Hub, Jurong Town Hall, Singapore 609431 SCCCI shall be entitled to reject Forms if they are improperly completed, not signed or illegible or when the true intentions of the Member are not ascertainable from the instructions of the Member specified in the Forms.
