economy is US$23.5 trillion. Advertising market for sports property in the US is US$200 billion, in Asia it is US$165 billion. Population is 325 million in the US and 4 billion in Asia. I look at all these numbers, and came to realise that ONE Championship has a chance to be bigger than NFL, because of Asia’s market size, and because of the popularity of martial arts over American football. Currently NFL is worth US$80 billion, and ONE Championship is worth US$1 billion, but I believe that ONE Championship has the potential to reach US$100 billion, and become the biggest sports property in the world.

IS FINDING THE RIGHT TALENT A CHALLENGE? HOW COULD YOU ATTRACT TALENT TO JOIN THIS INDUSTRY? SLA pays a lot of attention to talent development. For many years, SLA’s Logistics Academy has been getting experts from the industry to conduct relevant courses for the staff of our member companies. We also collaborate with other institutes of higher learning. We do face some challenges in attracting talent to join our industry. One of the reasons is that many people’s understanding of the logistics sector is rather outdated. They think of warehouses, trucks and storemen.
