The Bethel Business Association, originally Incorporated in 1964, was reignited in 2007 after a long hiatus. With new found interest in the area and businesses opening in the Town of Bethel, cooperation and organization seemed necessary. Focus was placed on economic growth and community. Today, with over 70 members, our organization sits under the umbrella of the BLDC, Bethel Local Development Corporation. Members include professionals, service businesses, retail, real estate, contractors, restaurants, artisan and antique shops, to name a few. Organizations and individuals are also welcome members and support the group. The BBA hosts Mixer Meetings to encourage networking, participates in area events, and showcases member businesses. Our committees work to promote and market members and the Bethel area. Rack Cards at Thruway Rest Stop locations, the annual Bethel Guide, as well as the Bethel Woods Insider playbill ad and the Information Welcome Gazebo are a sampling of our advertising materials and effort.
