SINGLE MALT - SCOTLAND
SINGLE MALT SPEYSIDE
Balvenie 12 Year
Built in 1982 by the Grants of Glenfiddich, The Balvenie Distillery created this Speyside single malt with a rich flavour and a smooth, dry finish.
Balvenie 14 Yr Caribbean Cask
Finished its maturation in casks, which had previously held Caribbean rum. Expect vanilla and toffee notes as the rum contributes extra sweetness to the flavours.
Benromach Organic 10 Year
This the only single malt fully certified organic. The nose is sweet and malty, with vanilla toffee and banana emerging. The palate is creamy with cracked pepper and sweet fruits, before a smooth and long finish.
Cardhu Over 8 Years
Built in 1811 is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside, slightly peaty, strongly perfumed. This is a highly aromatic malt, often described as being one of the more ‘feminine’ single malts available.
Craggamore 12 Year
This elegant, sophisticated Speyside malt with complex aromas is amazingly fragrant with a sweetish note and a smoky maltiness to the finish.
Glendullan 25 Year
It was matured for 25 years in a refill American-oak It’s a fruity dram, with fresher notes of lime and pear contrasting against richer rhubarb, gooseberry and brown sugar flavours.
Glenfiddich 12 Year
Is one of the few single malt distilleries to remain entirely family owned and is now the World’s Most Awarded Single Malt Scotch Whisky.
Glenfiddich 18 Year
Was matured in a mix of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. Candied fruits and Glenfiddich freshness balances richer notes of dried apricot, more cinnamon and toffee, ginger and dry Sherry.
Glenfiddich 21 Year Grand
Reserva Rum Cask
Beeswax and honey, with milky coffee, buttered brioche, apples, pears and orange zest. Palate: Sweet and rich with a thick mouth feel. Soft spice and orchard fruit balance sweet caramel.

Glenlivet 12 Year
Smooth, balanced, fruity, balanced with strong pineapple notes, long finish creamy.
Macallan 12 Year
Deliciously smooth, with rich dried fruits and sherry, finish sweet toffee, dried fruits, lingering wood smoke and spice.
Macallan 12 Year Triple Cask
Complex aromas of vanilla, melon and lemon. Citrus-forward palate with a company of vanilla, nutmeg and toasted oak dessert wine. On the nose: very young. Peaches, grape juice, hay barns, green apples.
Macallan Lumbia
This is a rich whisky, which combines fruity citrus and caramel with spicy ginger and nutmeg.
Macallan Gold
Produced from 9-15yo first fill and refill sherry casks, it was designed to sit between the now-defunct
10yo Sherry Oak and 10yo Fine Oak bottlings.
Mortlach 18 Year
Matured in a combination of Sherry and refill American oak casks Nutty at first, followed by vibrant spices - think ginger and cinnamon paired with fresh green apples and lemon zest.

CAMPBELLTOWN
Glen Scotia Victoriana
Is finished in charred-oak casks and bottled at 51.5%. This has notes of spice and vanilla with a smoky finish.
Glen Scotia 15 Year
Is matured in bourbon barrels. This has notes of ginger, vanilla, sea spray and spice.
Kilkerran 12 Year
Is lightly peated and non-chill filtered, and has been matured in a combination of 70% bourbon casks and 30% Sherry casks.
Springbank 10 Year
Matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, it is perfectly balanced from the first sip through to the full, rich finish.
SINGLE MALT HIGHLAND
Aberfedy 16 Year
Is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks, imparting juicy sweetness to the whisky Raisins and cinnamon at first, before moving onto butterscotch, caramel and apple slice.
Jura Jura The Loch 30 Year
The whisky distillery is the Isle of Jura’s one and only and underwent a substantial rebuild; nothing remained from the old buildings save for the walls. The buildings were designed by William DelméEvans .
Isle Of Skye Talisker 10 Year
A fresh and fragrant nose. Through thick, pungent smoke comes sweet pear and apple peels, with pinches of maritime salt from kippers, seaweed.
Isle Of Skye Talisker 20 Year
Initial characteristic Talisker brine once again but much sweeter than usual. Thick and mouth coating like the Storm with chilli and a little chocolate orange. Increasingly smoky - much smokier than the nose suggests.
Glenmorangie 12 Year
This elegant non drill-filtered single malt is matured in bourbon cask then again in Ruby Port casks. It is defined by notes of mint and dark chocolate.
Orkney Highland Park 18
A profusion of ripe floral notes and fresh blossom with a delectable fruit salad. Notes of honeyed exotic fruits with a little botrytis.
Dalmore 12 Year
Dalmore 12 is aged for the first nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before half is transferred to ex-oloroso sherry casks for the final three years. The result is a whisky with a combination of sweetness and rich, sherried flavours.
Dalwhinnie 1997 20 Year
A gentle, delicate malt from the windswept Highlands of Scotland, Dalwhinnie classic is subtle and smooth with a honey finish.
SINGLE MALT - SCOTLAND
Glengoyne 25 Year
Introduced in early 2014, this is a 25 year old single malt from the Glengoyne distillery - an addition to their core range. The Highlands distillery uses unpeated malt for this whisky, which is then matured for a quarter of a century in Sherry casks.
Oban 14 years old
Founded in 1794, Oban Distillery overlooks the Firth of Lorn in a great location for single malt with the perfect balance between Highland and Islay.
Oban 1995 Distillers Edition
This Oban 1995 has been doublematured, in this case using fresh Montilla casks after an initial maturation in normal casks. This double maturation gives the Distiller’s Edition an extra dimension and greatly enhances the flavours.

Ardbeg 25 Yea
Scottish Gaelic: Taigh-stail Àirde Beaga is a Scotch whisky distillery in Ardbeg on the south coast of the isle of Islay, Argyll and Bute, Scotland, in the Inner Hebrides group of islands.
Bowmore 18 Year
Fresh, with notes of salty kippers and coal smoke. Light, fragrant smoke – like herbs on fire. Also butterscotch, light menthol, nectarines, brine and ferns.
Bunnahabhain 18 Year
Having ditched the caramel colouring and chill-filtration and upped the strength to 46.3%. A triumph for ‘naturalist’ whisky drinkers.
SCOTCH SINGLE MALT ISLAY
Caol Ila 18 Year
Extra ageing has calmed the impact of the phenols, with the peat arriving on the palate late, and tempered by smooth oak. A very mellow, mature Islay malt.
Lagavulin 16 Year
Founded on 1816 by John Johnston. The name of Lagavulin is an anglicization of the Gaelic lag a´mhulin, means “hollow by mil”. Is Deep gold and robust.
Laphroaig The 1815
This single malt was first left to rest in first-fill, over-charred exbourbon barrels, before being transferred to large, new European oak hogsheads notes of peat smoke, toasted fruits and oiled wood.
Peet Reekers
Double Standard
Fresh Wood shavings, honeysuckle and dried apricots with dusty leather bound books, Salty peat smoke lingers with hints of tarmac and spices.
Port Askaig Sherry Cask
15 Year
Matured in first-fill oloroso-sherry casks, this 15-year-old whisky has a silky texture with excellent balance between sweetness and stony smoke, and hints of violets and lemon sherbet.
Laphroaig 10 Year
Is a full-bodied, smoky gem, with a residual sweetness and a hint of salt amid the seaweedy, peaty characters before a long warming finish. A classic dram.
SINGLE MALT LOWLAND
Auchentoshan 3 Wood
Matured in 3 different casks, Cooked fruit, sherry, toffee, a rum-like quality and notes of Bas Armagnac. Rich. Liqueur cherries in dark chocolate, notes, balanced with a green fruit Edge.
Auchentoshan 21 Year
A deliciously smooth, mellow long-aged Auchentoshan. Elegant and intriguing, with grassy and minty notes accompanied by honey and citrus.
Glenkinchie
20 Year
Glenkinchie distillery first began producing whisky around 1825. Nose: Grassy and floral notes mingle in a delightful Lowland style. Apples and pears join in, along with lemon zest. Finish: Twenty years spent slumbering in refill oak casks bring a curl of tobacco.

Harvest Organic Sauternes Cask
An organic single-cask single malt from an undisclosed Lowland distillery. This was aged in cask 469, which used to hold Sauternes.
Sovereign 30 Year
Aged for three full decades in a single refill ex-bourbon cask The nose is fruity with some vinyl notes and earth tones beneath. The palate is light and creamy, with notes of boiled sweets, before a creamy coconut finish.

Mackmyra Svensk Rok Sweden
One of the fine offerings from Swedish distillery Mackmyra. This is their smoky, peaty expression, It’s unequivocally fragrant and rich, with hints of vanilla, oak and even juniper smoke wafting in.
Starward New World Australia
Made with 100% Australian barley. Prune juice and seedless raisins provide a thick, sherry-forward sweetness that is complemented by rich caramel and toasted almonds. A little marzipan lingers underneath.
Malt Starward Australia
Is sweet and smooth. Its beautiful flavours include crème brulee, marzipan and fruit.
Suntory Hakushu
12 Year Japan
Is one of the top selling bottles of whisky produced by Suntory. has an herbal aroma, with hints of apples, pears and almonds. The palate has notes of pears, butter cookies and dark plums.
Suntori 12 Year Japan
Good body with plenty of nut oils and zest, a pleasant floral character with a little tropical fruit and a rooty note.
J.P. Wiser 18 Year Canada
The brand being established all the way back in 1857 in Ontario, and the first bottles were sold in 1893 Milky coffee, fresh citrus, layers of butterscotch and honey.
Glen Breton Rare Canada
Bright gold colour the nose is fragrant with apricot, honey and orange blossom; the palate is rich with toasted cereal, light cherry and roasted nut flavours.

Amrut Single Cask Strength
India
Aroma of intense caramel, malt, dark chocolate and oak that gives way to notes of vanilla, espresso beans, smoke and a touch of honey on the palate.
Paul John Classic Select
Cask India
It has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and bottled without chillfiltration at cask strength. A big, meaty nose. Stewed apples and pears, freshly-baked sponge cake, golden barley and a pinch of salt.

Nutty and thick with notes of malt and berry fruits, hints of liquorice, raspberries and sweet porridge oats.

Dewars 12 Years
A heady note of juicy fruit and thick, creamy malt. Rather floral, and quite sweet with notes of toasted barley, almond and a tinge of honey.

Blend from whiskeys from all three Suntory distilleries. On the palate: caramel, hint of butter, Mizunara Japanese oak, and vanilla.
Yamaazakura 963 8 Year
Nose: Apricot and pear, with a hint of malted milk biscuits. Palate, Toffee pennies, sea salt and dried oak.
Nikka Miyagikyo
Light in body, yet full of flavour, this is an excellent introduction to Japanese whisky. Elegantly fruity with sherry-cask character.
Nikka Taketsuru 17 Year
Fresh and fruity with fruit salad, berries, sultanas and some other dried fruit, vanilla, fragrant wood and honey.

Black Barrel
Has lots of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks in the mix, giving it a much richer flavour than regular Jameson, with a sherried note.
Old Bushmill
It is the world´s oldest licensed distillery. Smoother, lighter and smokiness finish.
Tullamore Dew 12 Year
A deep spice flavour with a robust yet creamy body cloaked in a definite chocolaty note. Dried fruits and nut accompany the chocolate, giving a praline note in the taste.

Brings an oaky nose with lots of caramel and vanilla notes and a long, smooth finish with a hint of sweetness.
Jim Beam Black Triple Aged 6 Year
The ‘triple-aged’ statement refers not to three different types of cask as that would not be allowed under bourbon regulations but to the 6 year old age statement, which is three times the minimum maturation period for straight bourbon.
Eagle Rare 10 Year
Complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. Bold, dry, oaky flavours with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa.
Elijah Craig 12 Year
Quite thick and full. There is a beautiful sweetness with notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character.
Koval Rye
Full bodied, cinnamon, rye and baking spices, finish with sweet touches of vanilla, honey, caramel and a hint of spice.
Waterpocket Robbers Roost
Same as aromas with notes of cherry hard candy, anisette biscotti, and black pepper polenta.
Makers Mark
Fruity and rich. There are lovely notes of spiced honey and mixed peels, a little malmsey, hazelnut and a touch of cut fruit with toasty oak providing a backbone.
Jack Daniels Black Label
The spirit is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal to produce a mellow, slightly smoky character, thus making it Tennessee whiskey. Light with plenty of sweetness. There are hints of dry spice and oily nuts, a touch of smoke.
Jack Daniels Single Barrel –Barrel Proof
Good body with plenty of toasty oak, there are notes of corn and lovely cereal sweetness, there is a good smoke note, a little spice and toffee.
