BE HEALTHY & ACTIVE Scenic Rim Regional Council’s Be Healthy & Active program offers a wide range of free and low-cost health and wellbeing activities to encourage the community to be healthy, active and connected. Activities cater for all ages and abilities and are a delivered by qualified fitness and health professionals.

BEFORE YOU START • See your GP for a full medical check-up • Consider asking a friend or family member to join you HOW TO REGISTER Bookings are essential for some activities. For others it’s as simple as showing up for the session. Please refer to the details of each activity and contact the provider prior to attending. All participants are required to sign for their attendance at each activity WHAT IS NEEDED? • comfortable clothing and shoes • a hat and sunscreen for outdoor sessions • a water bottle TIMING All activities run between 1 March - 31 May 2020 and generally exclude public holidays and the school holiday period from 4 - 19 April 2020, unless otherwise specified. In the event of bad weather, please contact the activity provider to check whether the class will be run.
